The emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach are incredible! Take a bike ride down the island paths, visit the Navarre Beach State Marine Park, or the Navarre Fishing Pier.
The views from this sensational home are spectacular! This home is in a gated community with a pool and tennis court which is ideal for the mature vacationer. The Santa Rosa sound is in your backyard with unobstructed views from the living room, kitchen/breakfast area, and master bedroom. Enjoy views from the two balconies in the front of this gorgeous home or the two balconies on the back of the house overlooking the sound. Just a short one hundred yards from your back doorstep you can be swimming and enjoying the bay waters.
This property includes: A master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom, second and third bedrooms with queen size beds in each, and second full size bathroom. There is an open living area with a fully stocked kitchen/dining area for preparing meals. This property has extras such as children and adult bikes, multiple kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, sporting equipment, beach toys, and outdoor BBQ grill.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
*** There are absolutely NO PETS allowed. The owner has health issues that will not allow pets of any kind. Property is exempt from ADA service animal guidelines as it is a private residence. Was so nice being able to enjoy these activities without hauling things ourselves from home. House was perfect. We had fun at the beach. Having (backyard) access to the Sound was so nice with young kids and had the extra benefit of providing a beach option when flag status on the Gulf side wasn’t favorable.

This young lady is an avi d softball player that had tragedy hit when she tore her ACL in January 2022 (her junior year). This injury prevented her from pitching for almost an entire year. Through hard work and determination, she was able to bounce back after surgery (and complications). She had a heck of a softball season! So much so that her high school team won their district championship and made it to the state final four for the first time in the school's history! We couldn't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity for her and her team. The property manager was more than understanding and offered to let us shift our days! This allowed us to not miss softball or the beach! The house is very nice! It is cozy, comfortable, clean, has everything you need and is close to the beach! We loved our stay! We are already trying to plan our next trip!

This is the second year we have stayed at this location. The home is comfortable, with plenty of room for the whole family to unwind. This year, we also booked a dolphin cruise with Coas tal Life Charters, and went throughout the Santa Rosa Sound, including around the rental area. It was a lot of fun. The Gulf Coast beach is only a short drive or walk away, and is never overcrowded like some popular beach locations. We would highly recommend this location for those looking for a break from crowds and traffic.

This beautiful home is very spacious and gave everyone their own space when relaxing. Gorgeous views of the bay. Even saw some dolphins one morning. We made use of the kayaks and bikes, and were appreciative those were made available. The beach access is just a short 1/2 mile drive, and we loved that the beach was not overcrowded. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy time at the beach without all the traffic, this is definitely the place. We plan to definitely stay here again!

We loved the house and the charming neighborhood. The second floor master suite was spacious and comfortable with great views of the sound. Be aware that there are a lot of steps. The ho use is built up above grade to protect it from potential storm surges and there are 19 steps to get you to the first floor and 17 more to get to the master suite. This didn't affect us but someone lacking mobility might have a problem. It was wonderful to have such easy access to the sound and four adult and one child-sized kayaks to enjoy. It is a short walk to public access to the fabulous white sand beaches of the gulf. We enjoyed the tennis court a short walk from the front door. There are four rackets in the garage and some balls in the garage. There are three adult sized bikes and four children's bikes available to use. The two stall garage on grade level is very roomy and we were able to park our car inside. Kim and Michelle were very responsive to our questions and concerns.
