Welcome to 399 Linkside at Sand Destin Beach Resort!
Pull right up to your front door in your Golf Cart to this ground floor unit with a view of the #1 on par 5 on Links Golf Course of the golf course and lake. This three bedroom two bath unit has been totally updated and decorated in soft hues of beach décor that will sleep 8 guests comfortably. Living area has a queen sleeper sofa, 42" flat screen TV and DVD player. Kitchen is totally stocked with granite counter tops and french doors to your private patio with a very nice private gas grill. Dining area is off of the kitchen and leads to a screened in porch to enjoy that first cup of coffee or unwind from a day at the beach! Master suite hosts a queen size bed, walk in closet, vanity with tons of storage, 32" flat screen TV, gorgeous wall to wall glass spatile shower. Master also has sliding glass doors to the back yard. Second bedroom hosts 2 twin size beds, large closet, 26" flat screen TV, Third bedroom hosts a queen size bed, large closet and 22" flat screen TV. Second full bath off of the second and third bedrooms along with a laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer.

The pool across from the Linkside entrance belongs to the Sandestin Owners Association and is available for all owners and their guests.
It is also heated from November to mid-March.
Unique property. Hosts privacy you do not get in a large condo. Unit is located close to the pool and park.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guest. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

My stay was great, the rental was close to everything. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to 1. better instructions for the golf cart and where to connect and locate the chargers. 2. Seasoning in the kitchen.

This is a repeat visit for us. We enjoy this property. It is clean, and has all needed to enjoy our vacation in Destin. The property is so convenient and quiet. The pool is super close. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We hesitated to rent it because of the additional cost but were so thankful that we did. The management company was super quick to respond to any questions that we had and checked up on us upon check in to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We could not recommend this beach house or this company enough. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Destin! We were only a quick 5 or 6 minute golf cart drive away to the beach. There is a Publix grocery store, dining (we highly recommend Grimaldi's Pizza and Kilwin's), and shopping within golf cart driving distance. The only thing that would have made this beach house even more perfect, would have been an ice chest, beach sand toys, and boogie boards for the water. We had to go purchase these items and ended up leaving them because we didn't have use for them after the trip. That would have been a nice touch for guests. But other than that, everything was perfect!renting the golf cart for the week, as that was definitely a highlight. Just got back from a mini vacation with my husband a couple friends. We had a great time! Location was perfect, there were plenty of towels, which we were happy about because we spent A LOT of time in the ocean. The area was spacious and we LOVEDthe

The house was stocked with plenty of housing essentials. It's definitely described as listed on the site. We've stayed at other homes within the resort but they didn't come stock like this one. The only suggestion I would make (only because theother

We loved this condo! Great location. Perfect for our family. It was comfy and equipped with everything we needed to cook in and even beach chairs and boogie boards. The only thing that would make it better (in my opinion) is more board games. Weforgo

Loved the condo! Well furnished, updated decor and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed the back porch and the view. Only complaint was a strong ammonia odor when first entering which then disapated. Wonder if it was cleaning product used.Also
appreciated the boogie board provided. It broke and we are looking to replace before leaving the area. Condo was so convenient to our niece's and amenities in the area were excellent. We had a wonderful stay at 399 Linkside. We appreciated how clean the unit was, and that so many things were provided to us for our use while we were there. (We especially appreciated the crockpot and the gas grill). We have been coming to Sandestine
very year for seven years and always enjoy our time here. This year we discovered a new pizza place that was really good - Farm and Fire on 331 just before the Bay bridge. We also like The Red Bar for lunch and Don Pablo's for breakfast/lunch. This year we saw several dolphins while at the beach which was a real treat. We were also able to enjoy the heated pools and the play area at the Baytowne Village while our grandson was visiting.every year for seven years and always enjoy our time here.
