This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom gulf front condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen that is a dream for preparing meals with a separate dining area and a breakfast bar. A main living area with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that provide the backdrop to a dream beach vacation and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and glass sliders with balcony access. A second master suite with a queen size bed and full bathroom. A third master suite with queen size bed and full bathroom with shared hallway access. A fourth bedroom has a full-over-full size bunk bed. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Bella Riva 301 is a beautiful condo unit. We very much appreciated how well appointed it was. Also having starter supplies was a bonus. Also appreciate the level of com munication from Kimberly Lang.
+ MoreOur family of 8 loved staying at Bella Riva. The condo was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and the management company was so easy to work with and communicate with. Probably the easiest booking, payment, door codes, parking passes, check-in and check-out we have ever dealt with. The location was perfect, and the beach access was right outside our door. The pool and hot tub area was very close by and pristine in water clarity and cleanliness of the deck areas. The free chair service was an added bonus. We never used the fitness room but it looked nice. We will definitely book through this company again, it was such an easy process!

Quick attention from staff when the coffee maker died. They had a new one to us within a couple of hours. The property was great and very suitable for 7 women on a girl s’ trip. Provided beach towels were a nice touch.
+ MoreThis is one of the most beautiful and cleanest condos our family has stayed in ever. There was plenty of room and privacy for our group. My Mamaw had passed two short w eeks before our trip and it was a time to heal with our family. The sea has a magical way of helping your heart heal. Although the water was not the pristine crystal-clear water the area usually has and was full of seaweed, it still was a beautiful and tranquil place. I would definitely stay again.

Bella Riva 301 was an amazing condo. My family and I booked this trip for family fun on the beach and celebrating my mother’s 47th birthday. We originally booked a condo in the Isl and Princess but the property is under construction. The staff at Kim Lang’s Property contact me right after booking and suggest we move our location because of the noisy construction. The team member Michelle was very helpful, and very responsive when we had a few questions during our stay. The experience with booking with Kim lang along was great.With that being said, my mom had a blast and has not stop talking about the condo. She stayed in the master bed room and of course she said the bathroom is fit for a queen like herself. The view was beautiful. We felt secured with the codes on the gates and doors. The condo had extra towels and linen if we needed. We literally had no issues other than mother natures stormy weather but the condo was so nice we didn’t mind staying in.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfy and the balcony was large. The condo was clean and the bathrooms were good, especially the master bedroom shower. The location and oceanfront view were great.
