The perfect beach location! Emerald Isle Resort is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This property is just steps to the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the property amenities with a game of tennis or relaxing by the pool. This location is convenient to both Fort Walton Beach and Destin restaurants and attractions. Visit the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier or The Gulfarium just around the corner.
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a 50" flat screen TV, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, flat screen TV, and slider door to the balcony. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and window views of the gulf scenery.

Pool Heated- Winter months: Dates change yearly depending on weather and budget for HOA. Usually March, April, October, November, and December each year.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Everything was great. The view was EVERYTHING, highly recommend.
I love the views at United 610 Emerald Isle: Front view is of the bay, and I enjoyed watching the boats. The back view from inside unit and out on the balcony is that b eautiful gulf view! Absolutely Gorgeous!!!!! I stay in that unit in the Spring and in the Fall.

The unit (610) was the same one we stayed in when we moved in 1989! The unit was as we expected. The unit was very well maintained and we would definitely stay again an d recommend this facility to our friends.
+ MoreI recommend it, next year we will be there again, it is a more familiar and relaxing environment without drunk people, the only thing I recommend for new people is that small children take a float for the pool because it is from 3 ft to 7 ft . It offers you absolutely everything, you don't need to bring anything, just your food and your clothes..

by Jeremy L.We love the Okaloosa Island beach, not crowded at all, and this rental has an excellent chair & umbrella service. 6th floor Beach Views from the living room & m aster bedroom. Tom Thumb full convenience store only a 5 min walk on the same side of the road. Main road has a bike lane and sidewalk for easy cardio, dog walking, and access to Hwy 98. Kitchen is equipped with everything most people would need including a full size fridge. The decor was better than expected in this price range. A/C and WiFi worked well and we never had to wait on the elevator. Back patio with beach views was really nice. Communication with staff was excellent during our stay. Very responsive and pleasant.

We loved our stay at Emerald Isle #610. The host was very gracious and accommodating by providing all of the necessary amenities for us. Very responsive as well to any questions we had! Beautiful clean unit with an even better balcony view of the ocean. Steps away from the pool and the beach. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Be ach service was available (2 chairs + umbrella). The pool area was nice. It had a few grills and hose pipes/showers to rinse the sand off. We rented their pontoon boat and took it to crab island! I highly recommend this place!! The place itself is beautiful and has everything you need to make some delicious meals. They even have a crockpot!!! My whole family loved this place and didn't want to leave. The beds were super comfortable and the oversized king bed fit all 3 of my toddler girls plus me with room. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The view from the balcony and the bedroom was breathtaking and we even saw some dolphins.

It was fine however when we tried to book fo r the following year the owner wouldn't commit until 60 days before. We were very fortunate to find Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental Agency and we have been so very pleased. We have stayed in a condo in the same building the last 2 years and we are booked for February 2022. The agency has helped us get in a day early because we had left home avoiding bad weather. They have been available for all questions and respond very quickly. They made us comfortable regarding the cleaning between guests.
