Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise-colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area with seating for six, and a large breakfast bar. A living area with floor-to-ceiling sliders that provide direct beach views, a 55" TV, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. A second bedroom includes two queen size beds, a 19" TV, and access to the shared hallway bathroom. A third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds with a door for privacy. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Gulf Dunes 613 was a comfortable place to stay. Views were amazing. The pool was nice. There were plenty of towels. The stainless-steel cookware was very nice. We enjoy ed it very much!

Wow, What a great stay. The unit is comfortable and has everything you could need for work (unfortunately) and play. The view can't be beat. The beach was great, and ch air service is a treat (they don't do that in Jersey) It is a fantastic place to get away with the family. Kimberly Lang is top notch. I am so happy we found you guys and this unit. We will be back!!

I love r enting from Kimberly as this is the second condo from her and both include beach towels which is a huge plus when you’re traveling and don’t have a lot of extra room.

We have been taking our annual girls trip to the gulf coast (Alabama and Florida) for over twenty years. This year was by far the best as far as the condo goes. The weather wasn’t ideal but we didn’t mind one bit since our condo was perfect in every way! It was stocked with more than we could ask for. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. There were more than enough towels, bath cloths and even beach towels! Everything was extremely clean. It felt more like HOME than just a condo! We have already booked our week for 2023! Thank you for a wonderful week and exceptional service!

Plenty of carts to use to help you unload. Highly recommend Fubar for pizza, Floyd’s, and Stewbys. The Destin Boardwalk is a must see as well as the Army Armament in Niceville. Kimberly Lang is wonderful to work with from beginning to the end!

We stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk beds. The view is amazing and we saw dolphins every morning. The guys w orking the beach to put out the chairs are super friendly and had great food recommendations. Go to The Shack if you get a chance! We will definitely be back. The communication was great with the staff! Thank you.

The kitchen was well e quipped with cooking items, dishes, glasses, and utensils. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, which I believe was occupancy, but could have had more. This was our first experience with a vacation like this and we loved it. Not far from anything, walking distance from several places. I would definitely recommend to others!

We were very pleased with our stay. We were there from the beginning of January thru the 1st of March. Construction was everywhere, but was only a minor issue. The building is looking gr eat. Our condo was well equipped and decorated nicely. The view from the 6th Floor is spectacular. We were within walking distance to a number of restaurants. We'll be back to Gulf Dunes next January.
