This wonderful Gulf-front rental has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The living room has access to a wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and a table for your comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. We provide just about anything you might need for your vacation, just bring your clothes and food and you are set to have a wonderful vacation.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â Pontoon Boat
Pet friendly property! Up to 2 dogs allowed, around 80lbs or less. $175.00 additional fee for pets plus taxes.

by Felice R.If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing location with great Gulf views, this is it! The building has only a few units so easy access to the elevator and amenities . The condo was well appointed, very clean, bright, and coastal. It literally offered everything we needed including extra paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. This unit also comes with beach service, which was a very nice perk The property manager is extremely responsive and answered questions quickly. Parking was not an issue. Best of all the building was dog friendly and our fur babies had a great time. Everything else was immaculate. Will definitely return!

Excellent view of the gulf!

The kitchen looked like it had been recently remodeled, we thought it looks really nice - I thought it was neat how the kitchen cabinet doors slow-closed to prevent any accidental slamming. Lots of great restaurants nearby which was a plus, my wife loves some good seafood! Overall it was a great stay!

Our stay was amazing. I was very impressed with how accommodating Kimber Lang Vacation Rental Properties management company was. If I had a question, I had an answer spot on. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The only thing that Imissed w
as coat hangers for the closet. That would be my only suggestion. We bought some at Walmart. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for anything else. This management company was wonderful to work with. We rent every year on the Emerald coast and this was our favorite condo. You can be rest assured that it will be a great experience. Everything was fantastic! The condo is beautifully decorated. The king bed was so comfy, the sofa sleeper not as much but alright. Kitchen absolutely well furnished. The beach is literally steps away. I especially loved the rooftop pool and viewfrom
the unit. So sweet to have bowls and a bed for my fur baby, even though I elected not to bring her this time. The pontoon offered is so nice and comes with the cheapest rate you will find!! Zach was so kind and informative! Next time I will be looking for a two bedroom unit with a view from the master as well as the living room. That was the only thing I would have changed. However, I chose this setup to bring my Mom and knew she would prefer the quiet of the master without the view. Please be aware of your neighbors. We woke them once getting in. Gulfside is close to so many good places to eat if you don't want to tackle traffic to go into Destin. It was all just wonderful â¤ď¸?â¤ď¸!!from the unit.
