Soak up the sun at Gulfside condominiums in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Relax at this unique property that overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the private balconies or Rooftop pool! Walk right out to the beach! There is nothing like the million-dollar views from the rooftop pool deck! This property is close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing, or The Boardwalk just up the road. You can even bring your pet!

This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, separate dining area, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Loved the location with a deck overlooking the the beach and gulf. The condo was well furnished and very clean. We also liked the complex being somewhat smaller which mad e for easy access to elevator, pool, beach and workout room. The second bathroom was a very nice amenity. We loved it and look forward to returning in future years.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing location with great Gulf views, this is it! The building has only a few units so easy access to the elevator and amenities . The condo was well appointed, very clean, bright, and coastal. It literally offered everything we needed including extra paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. This unit also comes with beach service, which was a very nice perk The property manager is extremely responsive and answered questions quickly. Parking was not an issue. Best of all the building was dog friendly and our fur babies had a great time. Everything else was immaculate. Will definitely return!

Excellent view of the gulf!

We love this condo, it offered an excellent view of the gulf! The kitchen looked like it had been recently remodeled, we thought it looks really nice - I thought it was neat how the kitchen cabinet doors slow-closed to prevent any accidental slamming. Lots of great restaurants nearby which was a plus, my wife loves some good seafood! Overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful location and condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s not unexpected in a vacation home. Gorgeous views of the gulf from the patio. Our stay was amazing. I was very impressed with how accommodating Kimber Lang Vacation Rental Properties management company was. If I had a question, I had an answer spot on. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The only thing that Imissed w as coat hangers for the closet. That would be my only suggestion. We bought some at Walmart. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for anything else. This management company was wonderful to work with. We rent every year on the Emerald coast and this was our favorite condo. Clean and you cannot beat the view! This was our second stay. It’s a smaller complex so the beach in front isn’t crowded like at the bigger complexes. Great beach service by Evan! The pool was nice and a great view from the roof. The bed is themo st comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! I wish I had got the brand. We cooked and had plenty of utensils and pans. Everything was fantastic! The condo is beautifully decorated. The king bed was so comfy, the sofa sleeper not as much but alright. Kitchen absolutely well furnished. The beach is literally steps away. I especially loved the rooftop pool and viewfrom the unit. So sweet to have bowls and a bed for my fur baby, even though I elected not to bring her this time. The pontoon offered is so nice and comes with the cheapest rate you will find!! Zach was so kind and informative! Next time I will be looking for a two bedroom unit with a view from the master as well as the living room. That was the only thing I would have changed. However, I chose this setup to bring my Mom and knew she would prefer the quiet of the master without the view. Please be aware of your neighbors. We woke them once getting in. Gulfside is close to so many good places to eat if you don't want to tackle traffic to go into Destin. It was all just wonderful ❤️?❤️!!from the unit. Location, location, location! The views were amazing! Beach service was great. Condo itself is dated but that didn't bother us as we were only there to sleep. Very clean unit. Only thing that would make it better would be a travel size cooler forgues ts to take to the beach...we were able to buy a foam one but then had to throw it away when we left. We loved our stay at Gulfside 402, it was perfect for us, family of 4 ,plus our fur baby Finn! Spectacular views, short walk to the beach, well equipped kitchen, plenty of closets and storage space for our items, wonderfully large master bedroomwith dressing room and private bath!!! The rooftop pool was incredible, also with fantastic views of the ocean! Fort Walton Beach is also a little less crowded than Destin, we liked that...the Crab Trap on the Boardwalk, had great food, more expensive but seating outside so you can get fantastic views of the Gulf! Staying in Gulf Side Unit 402 was an awesome beach getaway for our family. The view from the condo cannot be better. The water, sand, and occasional dolphin siting were stunning.
