Soak up the sun at Gulfside condominiums in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Relax at this unique property that overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the private balconies or Rooftop pool! Walk right out to the beach! There is nothing like the million-dollar views from the rooftop pool deck! This property is close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing, or The Boardwalk just up the road. You can even bring your pet!
This 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo includes: A beautifully designed kitchen that is fully stocked for meal prep with a large breakfast bar. A living area with dining table, flat screen TV to stream your favorite shows, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a large private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

OooOoh and the roof top pool is so cool! The buildings not overcrowded either and you don’t have to walk a mile to get to the room! Anytime I had questions or concerns the staff was very quick with reply and always friendly!

We spent an amazing week at 601 Gulfside celebrating our wedding anniversary and couldn't be more pleased. The condo was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, the balcony furniture was outstanding, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! The roof top pool was wonderful and offered more amazing views. Management was very attentive and responsive from the booking through the checkout. We hope to return.

My husband and I live here, but surprised my out of town sister and brother-in-law by renting one of the most GORGEOUS Condos on the beach. Gulf side Unit 601 on Okaloosa Island, Ft Walt on Beach. The Units decor was stunning, each room was perfect. The view, since a corner unit, we could see up and down the coast. The amenities are all there. Just bring your clothes, food and you are set. If I could, I would Rate this unit a 10. Thank you for a beautiful weekend.

We stayed in unit 601 at Ft Walton beach. It was an easy process reserving, checking in , and checking out. The location of the unit and the setup was exactly what we had asked for. Very easy access to the beach!

The view from this corner unit is awesome! Just a few steps to the beach! Loved staying on the Island. Everything was easy to find and easy driving distance. Some of our favorite restaur ants were Stewby's (about a mile away from condo, we actually walked) was great beach food...all kinds of seafood and delicious! We also drove over the bridge and ate at BoShamps for more upscale restaurant and last we dined at Sealand in Ft Walton...very upscale and delicious. We would stay again at this condo the price was comparable and location as spot on!

The unit was nice and very close to the great beach. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next visit.
We have stayed at a few different resorts in Destin but was blown away with this one. Not only was it pet friendly but the complex was small and you never had to wait on an elevator. The rooftop pool had amazing views of the gulf and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 child. You had all the amenities that you can ask for located at your fingertips. My family will definitely book again!
