Island Echos is your ticket to paradise on the Emerald Coast. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this gulf front property is close to the most popular local restaurants and attractions. Visit the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk just down the road. Swim in the gulf front pool, sit on the beach, or relax on your balcony and watch the sunset.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. A master bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. A full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Island Echos had the best walkway to the beach. Only 10 steps to go up and down. That made going to the beach a breeze with a cart full of things for the beach. The poo l was nice and cool. Unlike other places we've stayed. Unit 2M was cleaned and spacious. We loved the fan that was in the room. We will for sure stay at this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Echos! The condo was clean, updated, and we really appreciated the extra paper towel, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. It’s the little things! The management check in each day to see if we had any needs,which was a pleasant surprise. It was an easy walk to the beach. We didn’t have a washer/dryer but used the facilities on the ground floor, which were really clean. Thank you to the management! This is a great place for vacation right on the beach! Perfect for our family of three and we enjoyed the proximity to the Gulfarium and ofcourse the Beach Service. Very nice, spacious unit with awesome view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Perfect location to watch the sunrise and sunset each day. Kitchen is fully equipped and updated. The unit has a sleeper sofa, loveseat and a recliner. The balcony has awroug ht-iron table and chairs. Master bedroom has comfortable king size bed with a large closet with entrance into bathroom from bedroom or hallway. The development has a pool and a gym. It would have been 5 Stars as the condo & location was perfect. Just a few things to bring it to 4 stars. With the construction going on, the noise started at 8am & with the construction, we had to carry the trash to the dumpster in parking lot. If J uly is a busy season, why would construction be during this time unless it was an emergency. Also the beach service was nice but in order to be on the front row, you had to pay. I like the first come first serve policy. Finally, check-in & check-out times. You can't check in until 4:pm but must check out by 10:am, essentially missing a day that you pay for. We had a outgoing flight, on our last day, at 6:pm. I offered to pay to stay until 2:pm. They advised they could give me 20% off a full day, $300. That is a ridiculous amount for 4 hours. A place to keep a person's luggage so they can enjoy the area is better than sitting in an airport for 7 1/2 hours. I would have paid for someone to watch luggage or rented a locker if it had been available. Fantastic stay. Beautiful location. No hassle check-in. Great view of the gulf and steps to beach. Close to good food and supermarket. Wasn’t really pleased with the unit itself. It needs maintenance and upgrades. However, Kimberly Lang Rentals is very accommodating. We had a slight issue upon arrival with key code which was a misunderstanding on my part. They got back withme ASAP and got it resolved.
