Island Echos is your ticket to paradise on the Emerald Coast. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this gulf front property is close to the most popular local restaurants and attractions. Visit the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk just down the road. Swim in the gulf front pool, sit on the beach, or relax on your balcony and watch the sunset.
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. A master bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin-sized beds. A full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Everything was ahhhmazing! Super easy check in, the condo was beautiful, location perfect. The kitchen was super cute and very upgraded… the couch was very comfortable and huge. I sland echoes is my favorite condo building in Fort Walton Beach and we’ve stayed at 11 different ones. 3H has the perfect location to beach & pool access with still getting the stunning view! Every rental from Kimberly Lang rentals has been amazing with excellent customer service and never an issue. I highly recommend.

This was a great condo and perfect for our family of 5. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, plenty of seating, and loved the beach towels. There were 4 chairs on the pati o that we loved. The unit is right by the stairs/elevator and just upstairs from beach access. It was very convenient! The kids bedroom had blackout blinds and curtains - our kids slept great. Our older kid slept on the sofa bed with no complaints. There were fans provided to keep the rooms cool at night. There was great communication too. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

We have stayed in Kimberly Lang properties twice now and both times were a great experience.
Everything was perfect! The condo was well equipped with all the comforts of home including mobile fans and even air freshener. The towels had a wonderful almond scent. The views were st unning. The master bedroom bedding was so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave my bed in the mornings! The best part is that because of where it’s located, we didn’t get caught in the traffic after fireworks show.

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Echoes. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, very clean, quiet and had just an awesome view of the gulf. Management was very polite and quick to resp ond to a couple of questions I had. We enjoyed walking the beach and exploring Fort Walton. At the suggestion of a local we tried a little seafood place called Stewbys. The food was great and the prices were about half compared to the overpriced, nothing special touristy restaurants on Miracle Strip parkway. Thanks for a great stay! One last thing, the cleaning staff deserves a shout out, the unit was spotless.

The ocean view was amazing and the entire condomi nium complex was well kept. We met many friends during our 2 month stay and enjoyed the amenities at the complex.
