Island Wind condominiums is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach Centrally located and just minutes to the beach, this property gives guests easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Just around the corner you will find restaurants such as Stewby's, Fubar Pizza, and AJ's seafood and Oyster Bar. Just down the road enjoy The Gulfarium, The Boardwalk, and The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. This unit is your ticket to paradise!
This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, a breakfast bar, living room with TV, and private balcony. Two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, and plenty of closet space. A full-size bathroom with shower/tub combination. A private balcony. No washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Exactly what we needed
by Tia M.The property was very clean and only a 2-minute walk in either direction for public beach access. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend!
Wonderful establishment
Good location close to the beaches and easy to get in and out to town when necessary. All issues were addressed and resolved quickly.
Rooms were clean, short walk to beach but public beach parking was only a couple of blocks away. Beds are comfortable. Host was quick to respond and very friendly. Lots of food and shopp ing in the area, short drive to Destin.

Our stay was great, the place was clean and tidy. Check-in and check-out were simple.
This was our first time staying in a Condo rather than a hotel. We loved it! It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! Perfect location just as it was advertised. I was nervous going into the new way of vacationing but I will definitely use Kim's rentals in the future! We were definitely spoiled! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience on your vacation! Thank you!

This is a beautiful property that is very close to the beach. We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were well kept with a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as well. There ar e a couple of very good restaurants within walkable distance like Stewby’s and Asiago Skillet. Also had ample parking spaces. Overall we had a great time!
