Step inside this Gorgeous Oasis! This is a small, uncrowded complex. It is just steps across the street to the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy white beaches that Destin is famous for. This quaint 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo is perfect for a couple or a small family of four. This nicely decorated unit is just up one flight of stairs to your front door. Enjoy the beautifully updated kitchen with everything you may need to cook meals in. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a large Flat screen TV. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed and a large flat screen TV. This unit has one and a half baths with a tub in the master bedroom. Includes a full sized washer and dryer. Create wonderful memories in this quaint beach cottage that will bring you back year after year.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center
The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

This condo is a great place to stay for a couple of two. A great job with the renovations! My husband and I agree, that it's an affordable place to choose for vacation. It was located right where we always choose to stay when we visit Destinannually.
