Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive townhome community located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. Guests of Miramar Beach Villas have easy access to the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico via the private beach access just a short walk away. Relax after a day at the beach with a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets, or venture out to one of the many restaurants located close by. The nearby Whale's Tail restaurant is a family favorite within walking distance. Miramar Beach offers many restaurants, local attractions, shopping malls, and sporting activities for the whole family.
This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome includes: Two floors of living space with three outdoor areas to relax (Two private balconies and a back porch and a grill).
The first floor: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area big enough for the whole family to relax. A downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom with shared hallway access, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill.
The second floor: A master bedroom with a king size bed, a twin-size bed with an additional twin size trundle bed pullout, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds are located in the hallway outside this room. A third bedroom with a queen size bed, full size bathroom with shared hallway access, and a private balcony.

Parking: Three parking passes will be issued for your stay. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to park at the property.
Absolutely NO TENTS or Canopies on the Beach
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.
One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.
We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Lovely and spacious townhouse. Warm and inviting decor plus loaded with all you’d ever need. Close proximity to the beach and a lovely pool too. We’ll be ba ck. High rises are not appealing to us.

Plenty of t owels, linens, pillows, WiFi, smart tvs. Close to tons of restaurants, Door Dash even delivers! Cute back porch lounge area, relaxing and partially secluded. Great communication with property manager. Highly Recommend!

It was a very short (2-3 minute) wa lk to the beautiful beach and the pool was also a big hit with our kids. The property owner was also most helpful and accommodating. She quickly responded to our questions and even checked in with us to make sure our group was safe and the property was undamaged after a storm rolled through the region. Awesome place. Super clean and convenient spot to rent. It’s such a short walk to the beach, a gas station (that has all necessities incase you forgot something on your grocery run ), and also to a beach bar. We enjoyed our time there an thankful for an easy check-in and checkout process.

Beautiful, clean two story coastal home! It's tucked away from traffic and noise but only a few feet away from the private pool and the villas gated beach access. It has a well equipped kitchen, spacemaker washer/dryer tower on the upper floor and beach umbrellas and chairs on the lower rear lanai off of the downstairs master suite. I'm happy to share that there were no burned out lights in the whole house! Kimberly and associates are always gracious and ready to help with any problem! BOOK IT!

The beach is a short walk across the street. Loved the hose off beach to rinse our feet. Also hose right around side of house. House is great with 3 bedrooms. Loved the electronic notifi cations for beach gate and door code. Pool very nice and spacious. Complex quiet at night. The bunk beds are phenomenal. Recommend Pompano Joe's and Dewey Destin's good eating.

Nice townhome. Clean. Plenty of space for our group of 6 and could have accommodated more without a problem. Conveniently located . We could walk across the parking lot to get to pool and back to the uni t for a drink if you wanted. The beach access is also just across the street. No problems carrying what we needed across the street. Restaurants and grocery nearby without having to deal with to much traffic. The rental company was top notch. If we had an issue they responded quickly. I think they would truly do whatever is necessary to make your vacation a great experience.
