Sandy Pointe is a small condominium complex located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Just a short four-minute walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and entertainment, this 600 square foot condo is great for a beach stay. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk located just down the road. Dine at local seafood and specialty restaurants or take the short drive to Destin for shopping and entertainment. You can even bring your pet! Laundry facility on site.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a full-size bathroom.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Enjoyable Stay at Sandy Point

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Point and Fort Walton Beach. Though the condo is not directly on the beach, it was a short walk to public beach access. The neighborhood wa s great as well. We enjoyed a quick walk to AJ’s for adult beverages, there is also a small ice cream stand a short walk away! The condo was clean and the perfect size for a couple’s trip. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed for a dinner in, though we did have to purchase other basics such as salt and pepper. I would highly recommend a stay at Sandy Point and would absolutely consider another stay!
