Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This beautifully upgraded, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with direct gulf views, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a Queen bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Stayed at Sea Oats for the month of January’25… It was recently redecorated with new furnishings, dining table, love seat & couch, as well as coffee ta ble & end tables. The master bedroom had new furnishings. The 3rd floor unit has a great view but wouldn’t want to go lower. The kitchen area has all the necessary appliances and crockpot, blender, coffee pot/k-cup. There are also 2 nice size bathrooms with showers, the main bathroom is equipped with a tub. Overall, a great unit that was clean and convenient to the pier and walking distance to some great restaurants! Thank You Kimberly Lang for always making our stay very enjoyable!

You can watch dolphins jump from t he balcony and enjoy the warm ocean breeze and sit back on the covered deck, eating breakfast in the morning lunch and dinner or just hanging out in the evening time about your day. There is so much to do around the condominium. You really don’t have to go far. You will have to check out Harbour Village walk in Destin as it is a really nice place to go, while we were there, we went on a dolphin excursion and it was top-notch. The staff were awesome on the boat. Lots of great places to eat in the area. AJ was great with southern hospitality at its finest everything you need in the condo for a quick getaway we will be back, we let a lot of nice people at the condo.

We loved having our coffee, afternoon drinks, our meals, and just lounging time on the balcony and watching the water. I loved the fighter jets going over the building (I’m sure not everyone would have appreciated that though). It was well situated on Okaloosa Island and within easy walking distance to a number of eateries etc. We hope we can secure this unit again next year for January and February!

The pier fireworks are easily viewed from the balcony. The beach access is easy and quick to get to-a 3-to-5-minute walk. Some restaurants are within quick walking distance too.

My family has stayed in unit 305 several times and we’ve never been disappointed! It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I like that the unit is right next to the one set of elevators and you don’t have to walk halfway across the building like with some other units. We will be back next year!

Great place and location!! Place was great, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars. Publix is only a few miles away. The view of the beach and pool were amazing. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t want to come home.

This was our first trip to Fort Walton Beach and we were not disappointed. The view from this condo was breathtaking. It was very clean and specious. The property management team was alw ays easy to reach any time I had a question and were nice and courteous with each conversation. I hope to stay here again in the future!
