Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in the unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We had a wonderful week at Sea Oats 509. The condo had everything we needed and it was nicely appointed. Check-in was super easy and the manager was very accommodating to an early check-in. Management answered texts immediately and stayed in touch throughout our visit. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was very clean and there was nothing overlooked as far as what a guest may need during their stay. The air conditioning and laundry dryer worked wonderfully all week long. Our requests were handled expeditiously, and we were very pleased with our stay. If all was perfect the rain/storms, seaweed and jellyfish would have stayed away but they deserve their place here on Earth too ? Even the umbrella/chair boys were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Responsive host when I couldn 't find my email with entry code, Wi-Fi password, etc. they also agreed to ship my pillow to me when I discovered that I left it in the unit. Will rent here again.

Our stay at Sea Oats 509 met our expectations. The unit was clean and welcoming. The instructions on how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We arrived late at nigh t and was able to use the door code to enter. Communication was a breeze! I received text messages throughout my stay asking for check in status, feedback, etc. The view of the ocean was spectacular for the location. The condos location was superb. Everything you need is within reasonable distance. Restaurants and convenience store is within walking distance or just a short drive to either Navarre Beach or Destin. The unit was well stocked. The condo was comfortable and everything you need is there. The condo had a nice, tiny interior that was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was nicely stocked filled with all the amenities needed. The outdoor furniture was very cute! The hot tub and pool area were nice. The pool was heated. Beach access was easy for us. I would highly recommend using Kimberly Lang rentals for your needs.Communication was a breeze!

We loved this place! It was nice and clean when we got there. Kitchen had everything we needed including pots and pans, plates and silverware. Our area of the beach wasn't as crowded as some of the other buildings beside us. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely come here again!
