Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

The condo was extremely we ll maintained and very clean! Usually, beach properties are a bit run down or have some mold / bugs but this location was top notch. We had everything we needed and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was my 2nd year at Fort Walton Beach-same condo at Sea Oats. Absolutely love the location with pool and beach even though this year wasn’t as warm as last year. Miniature golf , ice cream, very good seafood and restaurants right across the road or take a beautiful, relaxing stroll down to the pier for more delicious food! Grandkids were in the same building and we all had a great vacation!

Everything in our room was just as described. Communication with this group is above and beyond what I’d expected, and I rent often. Each time I had a question, or let them know we ’d arrived, or vacated our room for the week, I received a response within just a few minutes. If I’d had a problem, I expect it would have been handled just as quickly. My daughter, who lives in the area, and is a ReMax agent and has also worked in the rental industry, was also very positive when she learned I’d rented through Kimberly Lang, saying “they’re always very good.” Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic location with convenient access to groceries and great seafood restaurants. Our family of four adults enjoyed the pool and the beach.
This unit was clean, kitchen was supplied well, parking was easy, pool was clean and the unit was close to the beach!
