Book the perfect beach vacation at Sea Oats condominiums located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front dream sits on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 705 has a spectacular balcony with million dollar beach views! This spacious unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen with dining area, a living area a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a set of twin beds, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We supply plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets, bathroom towels, and beach towels. Each unit has enough paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent to get you settled in.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.  

Sea Oats condominiums are located close to area attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The Boardwalk Pavillion is down the road with plenty of entertainment options. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is close by and open to visitors. Take a short 10 minute drive to Destin, FL... "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village"

Parking: Two parking passes issued for guests. No boats, RVs, or trailers are allowed during the rental season (spring and summer). Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We had a great stay at Sea Oats. Condo 705 was nice and clean. Wonderful ocean view. Any questions I had were answered quickly through the management company. Super quick walk straight out to the beach. Loved having 2 chairs and an umbrellaeach day i ncluded in the cost. Also nice to be able to walk to several eating places and not have to drive. Very clean with a phenomenal view from the balcony. 1-2 minute walk down to beach. Located near several restaurants and shopping stores. Only thing I think they need to do is upgrade to newer and bigger televisions. With TVs so inexpensive thesedays it would really be a good investment in my opinion. We had a long drive and didn't take into consideration we were traveling to a different time zone. So when we arrived we was tired and the weather was very hot. They was kind enough to let us check in early at no extra cost which was a great blessing. Would definitely stay here again.days it would really be a good investment in my opinion.
