Park your car and walk right in to this 815 square feet ground floor unit with tile through out. Bright colored beachy décor. Master suite with king size bed, TV/DVD player. Twin bunks set off in the hallway. Full bath between master bedroom and bunk area. Spacious open living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and Brand New 50" Flat screen TV and DVD player, fully stocked kitchen with built in microwave (Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker combo) and dining area and French doors. Ground floor Patio. Walk right out the front door to the pool. No stairs or elevators. Plenty of nice linens provided. Washer and dryer in unit.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

The Boardwalk on the Island for shopping, dining, ice cream and more. If you are a fan of fishing, head over to the Okaloosa Island Pier

Our New Favorite

Our stay at Sunset Cottages 5A was better than we expected! Walking in we realized that it was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything was just a s pictured and we had everything we needed and more (towels, comfy beds/pillows/couch, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). Our 5-year-old LOVED the bunk beds and our 1-year-old had lots of space to roam around (there was even a large playpen if needed). There were even a few kids’ books that they looked through each day! Walking to the beach was a breeze and it was so nice to be on the ground floor, steps away from the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted. Beach service is a great plus, not having to lug an umbrella around. We had such a great time and loved staying here! We are grateful for such a nice place for our family. We will be back!

Very nice, clean! Other condo owners were very helpful. When our code didn’t work, we had another one and were in the condo in less than 5 minutes. Short walk to the beach, nice having lounge chairs and umbrella! Beds comfortable! Would have likeda balcony but parking was very convenient for loading/unloading since it was on the first floor. We had a great stay at Sunset Cottages - 5A We loved Fort Walton Beach and that it was far less congested than Destin. We ate at several local restaurants, Stewbys, Burrito del Sol, and Clemenza's that were all exceptional. We were disappointedwith t he sound barrier above our first floor unit. It sounded like the kids were running back and forth and jumping on the floor constantly. Thankfully they did go to sleep at a reasonable hour so that was good. Know there is nothing you can do about that but next visit we might choose a second or third level. We didn't have enough toliet paper and a second bath soap would have been nice. We also had trouble with the TV as we are older and have cable so the TV was a challenge. Not meaning to complain but just offering feedback. Loved our stay and will be coming back!with the sound barrier above our first floor unit. It sounded like the kids were running back and forth and jumping on the floor constantly. We had a great time and we loved the condo! However there could be more storage for clothes we had 6 people staying and only a chest of drawers with 5 drawers which was not nearly enough space!!
