This beach cottage is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
This third floor (top floor) unit has two beautifully decorated levels. Escape upstairs to your private master bedroom with a king size bed, full size bathroom, a 40" ROKU TV to stream all your favorite channels, Blue Ray DVD player, and balcony overlooking the pool. The first level of this unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, a guest bathroom, and bunk beds in the hallway. French doors lead to the balconies from both bedrooms and the living area. Washer and Dryer in unit. Just a short walk down the the white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We supply plenty of pillows on each bed, extra sheets, plenty of bath towels, and beach towels. We supply paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent to get you settled in.
We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Â
Visitors can take a short drive and visit The Boardwalk on the Island for shopping, dining, and entertainment. If you are a fan of fishing, visit the Okaloosa Island Pier.Â

Amazing getaway and place to stay!!
by Ashley C.We had a a great stay at Sunset Cottages 6c! The condo was exactly as listed and even had a great view of the ocean off the kitchen balcony! They have a nice pool with outside bathrooms and an outside shower for rinsing off the sand after you get back from the beach! There is also a sidewalk right beside the condo that leads all the way to the beach so no crossing any roads to get to the beach! We had a great stay here and will be back again!! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed three nights in cottage 6C on top floor with partial ocean views at the end of the building in front of you to your left standing on front balcony. Unit has everything you need, I mean everything but your groceries. Unit comes with beachser
vice, umbrella and two chairs. The heated pool outback is nice. Truly wish there was a hot tub to relax in after climbing the stairs to unit and down again to walk to the ocean and the ocean is a very short walk and there you are on the sand. Our stay was amazing. Everything was very clean. We actually brought our own board games and we ended up not even needing them because the property comes with board games. We had a total of 7 guests and everyone slept so comfortable..I willdefinitely

Myself, my 13 year old daughter, and my sister made breakfast, they had non stick pans which is a big thing for my because I don’t like my food sticking to the pans.. the walk to the beach took about 2-3 minutes. We loved everything about this property. Everything you ever need for a vacation, once you book here you good to go.. all you need is a reservation and your bags packed..definitely be staying here again. Condo had been beautifully renovated. Barn style grey laminate flooring throughout was so nice and easy to maintain. LOVED the new tile shower with rain head/massage sprayers/handheld shower head and the 100 gallon water heater ensured we all had aho
t shower. Kitchen cabinets were new and kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We loved the Keurig/Coffee Maker combo. Samsung washer/dryer combo update was nice too. Loved having beach towels provided in the condo and plenty of towels in the bathrooms four our family. Our only complaint was the master bedroom mattress. I have never had back problems, but the mattress was so bad that on the second day of our stay my back woke me at 6am. When I stood to walk, I couldn’t breathe. Took me most of the day to work it out. I dreaded going to bed at night. Except for the king bed, the condo was perfect and very clean.hot shower. Great location, condo was clean enough despite a couple of things... sofa bed and loveseat cushions covers were stained and dirty. We understand there is no time to wash them from one visitor to next one but my suggestion will be have another set ofc
overs already clean and them just switch them. The other thing we didn't like was the smell of the condo, it is not the worst but it isn't pleasant that for sure, another simple solution, we bought some glade odor cover for less than a dollar (6) and put around the condo (baths, living room, bedrooms) and by the second day door was almost gone. We had a little problem with the food disposal but it got fixed quickly enough. Besides those little things everything was great, pool was great and super clean. I'll come back for surecovers already clean and them just switch them.
