Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!
This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders, and a gulf front private balcony with direct gulf views. A wet bar for those fun cocktail hours. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. Second full-size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Unit #309 was great. Huge condo with nice furniture and a terrific view of the ocean. A noisy ocean. As in, you can hear the waves crashing with the back sliding door c losed. Love that.

We have booked with Kimberly Lang for many many years and her properties never disappoint! Surf Dweller #309 hands down is the most spacious 2-bedroom condo we have sta yed in. The kitchen is fully stocked with any kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, and utensils. We enjoyed the large balcony to take in the sunrises and sunsets. Highly recommend this unit and look forward for another opportunity to use it again!

Perfect location! Easy check in and out. Very roomy condo. We had my 87 year old father in law on a walker with us and he was easily able to move around. Perfect 3rd floor view. Would bo ok here again.

The Surfdweller complex is the best location on Okaloosa Island. This condo, Room 309, was super spacious, and it is a VERY short walk to the sand. The view is breathtaking. The condo wa s clean and well supplied with hand soaps and extra toilet tissue. The beds were comfy. Love that 2 chairs and an umbrella were included with our stay. There were plenty of beach towels in the condo for our use. The pool (adult and baby pool) are on the street side of the condo which I personally prefer since we come to FLA for the beach not a pool experience. I’m in my mid 50’s and have been coming to the Surfdweller complex for almost 40 years. This condo has a very large balcony and close to the Boardwalk, and many shops and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much and will be back!

Great place to stay! Condo was super spacious, and it was a short walk to the sand. Very happy that 2 chairs and an umbrella was included with our stay. Also great that there were plenty of beach towels in the condo for our use. There were plenty of loungers and chairs at the pool, and it was nice to have a tennis court and fitness center. I’m in my mid 50’s and been going to the coast all my life and this condo had by far the largest balcony ever. Condo is close to the Boardwalk, and many shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and well supplied with hand soaps and extra toilet tissue. My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much!

Great trip. Weather was perfect for February. Louisiana lagniappe is our favorite place to eat and Kimberly Lang is our favorite place to rent from. We have become regulars and are well taken care of.
