Escape to the beach at the Surf Dweller condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This family favorite condominium sits on the powder white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. No matter how you spend your time at the Surf Dweller you will make memories to last a lifetime!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a 42" flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with direct gulf views, and a large private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and glass sliders that provide a beach view and balcony access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.
One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.
We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

We like the fact that the parking area is not miles from the units & that the re are multiple elevators. The lock thing at the pool gates this year was very difficult to operate. As always the unit we rented was 100% clean and organized. Kitchen is well stocked for our visits. The phone staff is always so helpful with booking our rental. We have used other agenci es in the past, but none beat Kimberly Lang.

The condo was wonderful! The corner unit was very nice and the front door opened right at the stairs and elevator. So it was very convenient to the beach, pool or parking lot. We had a great time! The view was amazing. This was our first time staying in this unit. It was by far the best stocked room we have ever booked. There was everything you could ever need in the kitchen, beach towels, and beach chairs. It was convenient to be on the end and next to the elevator too.

We absolutely loved this condo. Everything was clean. Very spacious. Beautiful view of the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen has everything one needs. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms AND the beach. We definitely want to stay at this condo in the future.

Surf Dweller 312 was very clean and nice when we arrived. The décor was very nice. It was stocked well with many dishes and pots and pans. We also had a supply of toilet paper, la undry detergent and dishwasher soap, which makes it nice. Also lots of towels and washcloths and pillows and the beach towels were nice. This is our second time visiting at Surf Dweller and we will definitely book again. Kimberly Lang Properties seem to be very well kept and maintained. We will be back.

We had issues with the beach service the first few days we were there which was kind of a bummer. I spent alot of time on the phone and running back and forth to the beach service guy, but Kimberly Lang representatives were very helpful and we finally got the issue solved.

We were so pleased with unit 312! It was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the patio awesome. Loved the layout of the condo as well as each family had their own privacy. The unit was also very clean. We were able to see the fireworks from the front of our condo and then ran to the patio to see the fireworks which were being shot off just down from us at the pier! We definitely plan to return to this unit!
