Come to the beach at The Palms located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This small 23-unit complex sits on the crystal white beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and offers uncrowded beaches and direct gulf views. Sit on your private balcony and watch the waves roll in while gazing at the watercolor sunsets. Venture out and explore the many local attractions such as The Gulfarium or the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Dine in the local seafood restaurants or take the short drive to Destin where you will discover a world of activities. The Palms is your ticket to paradise.
This gulf front, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A washer and dryer. A living room with a flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling sliders with gulf views, and a large private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with two full size beds and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We stayed in condo #403. It is decorated so nicely, very clean and we felt right at home! We had not stayed at The Palms before and decided not to stay anywhere else. L iterally everything is easy with them. Thank you for a great week!

Beautiful view!
We love Palms 403 for so many reasons! We’ve stayed in many other condos on Okaloosa Island and we like the location of The Palms. It’s a quieter section of the beach and is conveniently located right next to the one convenience store on the Island. The building is well maintained. The pool at the Palms is on the side of the building and not on the gulfside so when you are sitting on your balcony you don’t have to worry about hearing joyful noise from the pool. The condo is very thoughtfully stocked with many items we’ve never seen in other condos such as beach towels, beach chairs, a Styrofoam cooler, cozies, a cooks kitchen including containers for leftovers, and even a pad of paper and pens. It’s a wonderful home away from home, you won’t be disappointed!

Relaxing Stay

Beautiful view from the balcony, was great working with Kimberly Lang Vacations. We had a problem with the TV situation, they showed up promptly and addressed it. Thank you for providing great service along with a clean, beautiful condo. Everything perfect, including the weather!! Only bad thing, we had to leave!!

by Tim F.We highly recommend Palms 403! The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated! While unpacking for a month-long stay, we appreciated the many storage options cleverly incorporated into the decor. We have stayed in many Okaloosa Island properties over the years and this one was by far the best stocked unit with so many items not usually found in the properties. Items such as hand soap, pens, paper, coozies, cleaning supplies, and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked well above the typical bare bones, and I was able to cook, bake, and serve Easter dinner for the family with no problem! The view is gorgeous from the large balcony which has plenty of seating and is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. The beach access is very convenient and includes restrooms easily accessible from the beach. It is obvious that this unit is loved by the owner, which made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we arrived! We will rent this property again!!
