We have enjoyed the Emerald Isle Condos three years in a row for the month of February. The first year was through VRBO with a private owner. It was fine however when we tried to book for the following year the owner wouldn't commit until 60 days before. We were very fortunate to find Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental Agency and we have been so very pleased. We have stayed in a condo in the same building the last 2 years and we are booked for February 2022. The agency has helped us get in a day early because we had left home avoiding bad weather. They have been available for all questions and respond very quickly. They made us comfortable regarding the cleaning between guests.

We have been using Kimberly Lang to book properties at Fort Walton Beach since 2015. We have stayed in Destin and PCB many times but 2015 was the first time on Okaloosa Island and the first time with Kimberly Lang. What struck me the most was the spectacular cleanliness of the unit. If there is ever an issue they respond very quickly. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful. This spring's stay at Sea Oats was another awesome, no surprises, property. We were very pleased with our stay. We were there from the beginning of January thru the 1st of March. Construction was everywhere, but was only a minor issue. The building is looking great. Our condo was well equipped and decorated nicely. The view from the 6th Floor is spectacular. We were within walking distance to a number of restaurants. We'll be back to Gulf Dunes next January.

We loved the house and the charming neighborhood. The second floor master suite was spacious and comfortable with great views of the sound. Be aware that there are a lot of steps. The house is built up above grade to protect it from potential storm surges and there are 19 steps to get you to the first floor and 17 more to get to the master suite. This didn't affect us but someone lacking mobility might have a problem. It was wonderful to have such easy access to the sound and four adult and one child-sized kayaks to enjoy. It is a short walk to public access to the fabulous white sand beaches of the gulf. We enjoyed the tennis court a short walk from the front door. There are four rackets in the garage and some balls in the garage. There are three adult sized bikes and four children's bikes available to use. The two stall garage on grade level is very roomy and we were able to park our car inside. Kim and Michelle were very responsive to our questions and concerns.

My husband booked this condo for us, his son and daughter-in-law and our 18mo old grandson to meet for Thanksgiving. Having a ground floor apartment meant that our grandson could go out on the "balcony" without it being too worrisome but the gate was such that we didn't have to worry about him getting out and falling into the pool that was right outside the door. We could leave the doors open, hear the soothing sound of the ocean and relax. The beach was really just on the other side of the pool so this place had it all.

Our family vacation at Sea Oats 106 was one of the best we ever had. Being on the first floor was great and the only way to go! The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and CLEAN!! It had everything we needed for our vacation. This was the first time we actually stayed in a condo, and the experience was amazing! My husband, boys, and I felt right at home. We were able to eat home cooked meals instead of relying on fast food everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a corkscrew for my wine. The beds were very comfortable and big. There was even laundry detergent to wash clothes before our trip back home which was very nice of the owner to think of. From the condo itself to the beach supplies, I was very impressed! Booking was also super easy and detailed. The only bad thing I can say is that I didn't want to come back home!! I can go on and on about how awesome this condo was, but I'm sure you get my point lol. I highly recommend Kimberly Lang Condos for a family vacation!

The pictures for this condo doesn't do it justice. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this condo was. I am so glad I booked this condo. Last year we went to Panama City Beach and it was so packed with spring breakers that I wanted something that was more family oriented for this year. The beach was absolutely beautiful and this condo couldn't have been more perfect for us. I've never stayed in a ground floor condo and I can honestly say that I don't know if I'd want to stay in anything that isn't ground floor now! We were totally spoiled! This condo is very clean and Management goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one. I saw dolphins from the beach on two different days! My husband and father went to the Pier to fish and caught a ton of Spanish Mackerel. Because this condo had so much room I was able to have my parents (78 & 76) come along with us. I've made memories here with them that I will carry with me forever. My mom who is not a beach person really enjoyed this trip with us. Thank you for everything. My dad is already bugging me to book it for next year!

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation at this condo in Fort Walton Beach, FL. We had multiple families from TX, AL and PA that stayed in three condos next to each other on the first floor. We could walk right out to the pool and the beach and could even relax in front of the condo with the monitor outside while the kids took a nap. All the beds slept great and the TV and kitchen facilities were wonderful. Everything to do was within a 15 minute ride and we enjoyed some great shopping and seafood dinners. The water was so crystal clear that we could see the fish in it and the beach is still the wonderful white sand that only the FL Gulf has. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a memorable and relaxing vacation.

We looked high and low trying to find accommodations that fit location, amenities, and price. This unit was perfect. Having a 2yr old and a 9yr old in our group, we knew there would be many trips back and forth from the pool and beach and this unit being on the ground floor was a lifesaver. Access to pool and beach was superb. The unit was very clean, nicely updated in decor, and had everything we needed (washer and dryer was a huge plus also). The Sea Oats property is on the smaller side which was fantastic which meant the two, very clean pools, were never crowded. The beach chair service was great too. Every staff member of the property was extremely nice. We had a great time staying here and we plan on doing it again next year too. Hopefully this unit will be available! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful week in this condo. We have stayed in several units here and each had some things we liked, but this one was perfect for us. We like the 3rd floor because it has a beautiful view. A king sized bed and included beach service is a must for us. Furnishings were nice and it was very clean. We brought necessities with us, just in case, but we didn't use them because there was plenty of everything. We intend to book this condo again for next year as soon as we know when we can come. We could walk across the parking lot to get to pool and back to the unit for a drink if you wanted. The beach access is also just across the street. No problems carrying what we needed across the street. Restaurants and grocery nearby without having to deal with to much traffic. The rental company was top notch. If we had an issue they responded quickly. I think they would truly do whatever is necessary to make your vacation a great experience.

My wife and I were very pleased with the condition and location of this condo rental. There was obviously attention to detail when the unit was updated - from the fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances to the "easy close" cabinets. The water pressure in the showers was even great. Great open floor plan on the main floor provides plenty of room and our dog really enjoyed spending time on the deck with us relaxing under the umbrella. Access to the beach was convenient with its location straight across the street from a nice public beach access area. Okaloosa Island is our favorite beach location in the U.S. and we plan to rent this unit again in the future.

This is a beautiful condo that has wonderful walkout access to the pool and amazing ocean views. We stayed with our 3 boys and had a great time. I really loved how spacious the kitchen and living area was. There was more than enough room for us. We have been to Destin and Panama City Beach many times, but this was our first trip to Navarre. It is a very clean and quiet beach. As far as the condo, we have never stayed somewhere that provides as much as this one did. This place had tons of extra blankets and towels . It literally felt like we were staying at a friend’s home and they said “help yourself”. It was very clean and everything was top quality. We will definitely be back!

We drove to Ft Walton Beach from Kentucky, a 10 hour trip at best. So when we arrived at Island Sands, Unit 303, we were so happy and relieved to find all was as expected and more. All the amenities, and upgrades, style and view were there, but the best part I couldn't see online was that the unit was spotless. Its evident that the cleaning personnel work very hard to make our stay worry free of what we couldn't see because everything from floor to ceiling that we could see was spotless. My family (3 preteen children and husband) and my elderly parents had the pleasure of staying at Sea Oats for the first week of June. Being able to stay on the first floor with a walkout couldn't have been more perfect for us. The outside porch allowed us to watch our girls swim in the pool as we sat in the shade. At the same time, my parents have difficulty walking; therefore, the close proximity of the pool and ocean allowed them to enjoy themselves too. Originally, I was concerned that the noise from the pool might disrupt our privacy, but that was not the case AT ALL. The sliding glass doors really are sound proof. The ocean is visible from the porch as well. The inside of the condo was well furnished and supplied with many of the comforts of home. We felt so comfortable in the condo during our stay. Well-kept, modern and clean.

We (4 adults, a toddler, and an infant) stayed here while in town for a wedding and the condo was perfect. It really couldn’t have been better - stunning views from the breezy balcony, easiest beach and pool access, comfy beds, plenty of space, and well stocked kitchen. We stayed at Island Echoes 5A for a week while visiting our son who is stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. This was the perfect location - on the beach with gorgeous views, about 15 minutes from the base and a bridge away from Destin. Our unit had+ Moreeverything we needed for an excellent stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. Bed was a king and very comfortable. Balcony furniture was much nicer than most places - great for sitting out there for hours. Having a beach umbrella & chairs set up for us daily was awesome. We will definitely try to get this unit again in the future to visit our son. We had a fabulous week long stay in Seacrest 505 at the end of May! Everything was just as the pictures show! We especially loved all the places to plug our devices in every room, but our favorite thing was the Tommy Bahama beach chairs that reclined, had an awesome headrest and even straps to wear as a backpack for easier carrying!! We loved them so much that we left our own up in the room every day!! Thanks for making our trip a great one!! We stay at the Seacrest every year for a family vacation and we would definitely return to Unit 505 in the future!

We were delighted with the condo. It had everything and I mean everything you could need. It was super clean, bright and inviting. We found so many shells everyday we had all available upper counter space covered by the end of the week. There are plenty of things to do and see within a short drive. We had many wonderful meals at the various restaurants. Plenty of choice for any price range. Destin and Pensacola are easy drives with beautiful views. We had never been to Navarre Beach and hadn't been to Florida is years. We will be back next year.

Quiet, clean and comfortable; steps from the beach. My daughter and I made an impromptu beach trip and stayed in 103 Island Sands in Ft. Walton Beach. This ground level one-bedroom was exceptional. The king mattress in the master was so comfortable, the kitchen was very clean and well stocked, and the living room was large and could accommodate other guests. We cooked most meals in the condo and had everything we needed; utensils, cookware, serving dishes, etc. Though you couldn't see the ocean over the dune immediately behind the back patio (BBQ grill included btw) you were 20 paces from the boardwalk that provided private beach access and a shower for your return from the salt and sand. The beaches at the end of Island were uncrowded and beach service was provided. More bath and beach towels than we could possibly use, and extra linens were also provided. This unit is a jewel for a small family and Kimberly Lang is our go to rental company on the Emerald Coast. We are never disappointed!

Since our son is in the Air Force and now was being stationed in Navarre Florida, we plan to help him make the transition from South Korea to Florida. We have never rented a condo for vacation, we always stayed at hotels. We are so glad we made the decision to rent. This condo had everything at your finger tips. It was spacious, beautiful and steps to the beach. We are looking forward returning to Navarre next year. There is no doubt where we will stay.

We had all the comforts of home....the description was very accurate,picture are just the way it looks,maybe better...it was a very nice condo and clean. Property was very well taken care of. The owner answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them..lol.The ground floor was so convenient. We were happy to have a place that our family could be at that was so nice. My sons went golfing, in Ft Walton. We of course ate at McQuires, and at Poppy's Lobster. Had lots of good food. To much.!!!! We were there Oct 23-29th it was perfect hardly anyone there so the crowds we're gone...didn't want to come home!

Spent a week here with my husband and 2 year old. Beach access was great. A bit of a walk with a toddler and beach stuff but we made it work. I tend to really research the companies I rent from because frankly I scrimp and save for my one yearly big vacation so I try to make it count. Kimberly Lang did not disappoint ! The rental was clean , well stocked with great beach access. The one+ Moreminor detail with the beach access was extremely well compensated for by Miss Lang and her staff was so helpful. You just do not find this kind of attention to a customers satisfaction any more these days. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for an awesome memorable vacation. The townhouse will not disappoint either. It is so close to everything you need and the beach was never crowded . The beach area was so good for younger kids as the undertow is not strong there and they loved watching the boats pass by and the dolphins swimming near. My husband and I traveled with our four children to the Gulf coast. This was our first business trip with our small army. We didn't spend as much time in the unit as we'd of liked. We really enjoyed our time at 19 Gulfbreeze Court townhome. The value was great and the little hike to the jetties and setting amongst the dunes was really desirable for us. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. Having our own dog with us we could+ Morereally appreciate the pet friendliness of the area and all of the dogs! For a family of five being able to eat in was great- the kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of very close super markets and fresh seafood places - but not too close that you were bothered by commercial traffic. Just a quick get away from the ordinary ... The townhouse was awesome! The rooms and bed were comfy! 1 person slept on the pull-out couch, and even that was a great night's rest. We stayed here for 6 nights recently. The townhouse has been updated recently!! Beautiful colors and Decor!! The jetties were amazing, it was almost like a private beach for my family. Kim and her staff made booking easy, and the house had+ Moreeverything we needed for our stay! Pleanty of supplies, laundry detergant, etc, Clean linens, beach towels.
