Great location for our family! We rented 2 condos at Sea Oats. The ground floor unit was perfect for the little ones. We were able to all sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze! Both condos were well stocked and very clean! Even though we had a few maintenance issues they were quick to respond and repair. Kim Lang Vacation Rentals does an awesome job! Michelle is amazing!

The best beaches in all of Florida. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset in the evenings while cooking locally caught seafood was the best! Let me start by saying that the condo itself was very nicely decorated and well stocked. The management company was the best we have ever encountered. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, but not too crowded. Close to local restaurants and adventures. We visited Destin for one day and took a ride to Crab Island. That was so fun. Go to McGuires Irish pub if you get the chance. Five stars on everything. We will return.

Everything was great. I love that they had everything you need - toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap at all sinks, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing I needed to bring was the type of laundry pods I use, and I also had to get dishwasher pods. Also, loved that beach chairs and umbrella were included as well as beach towels. That means a lot when you don’t have to haul those on the trip. Check-in and checkout are super easy. I’d definitely rent from Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals again.

We absolutely loved the house we rented for our summer Beach Vacation. It was very clean. The Team was very responsive to all our needs. We loved the gated community and having security. The only thing I would change is I would have rented the Golf Cart!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The condo was very clean and neat with spectacular ocean views as it’s an oceanfront property. You can watch dolphins jump from the balcony and enjoy the warm ocean breeze and sit back on the covered deck, eating breakfast in the morning lunch and dinner or just hanging out in the evening time about your day. There is so much to do around the condominium. You really don’t have to go far. You will have to check out Harbour Village walk in Destin as it is a really nice place to go, while we were there, we went on a dolphin excursion and it was top-notch. The staff were awesome on the boat. Lots of great places to eat in the area. AJ was great with southern hospitality at its finest everything you need in the condo for a quick getaway we will be back, we let a lot of nice people at the condo.

We come to Fort Walton Beach every year and always book through Kim Lang Vacation Rentals. They make everything so nice, and her units are always clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We know we never have to pack beach towels and there will be plenty of linens and if we need anything they are right down the road. This is our first time in unit 401. Great experience. We loved our stay! We were a family of 4 for this trip with 2 adults and a 10 and 13 year old. This place was so relaxing. We probably slept more than we planned! Comfortable beds and extra pillows are how I survive life with lower back issues, so this meant the world to me. Great kitchen accomodations to suit the desire to cook multiple meals. Some favorite highlights outside of our vacation home were the across-the-street safety crosswalk to the gorgeous beach whenever we wanted with the ability to see the water alert flags from the kitchen, 6 min walk to the best local seafood at Stewby's, and the free beautiful fireworks show on Weds night! The ease of getting to the beach was almost too good to be true! We had made so many plans of how we would plan beach days away from home, but we were so close, we could run home if we needed too which made it more of a relaxed trip where I did not have to stress over planning. It made it seem like we had our own beach. I could go on and on, the cleanliness, a vacuum that cleared the sand easily from the floor?, the hot comforting showers, video game play for my husband and son?, easy access to the main roads for places we visited. Everything was just excellent and had our enjoyment in mind. Thanks so, so much!

10/10- fantastic location for beach and other activity access. Fantastic location for access to food and groceries. Very nice area felt safe. The condo was extremely well maintained and very clean! Usually, beach properties are a bit run down or have some mold / bugs but this location was top notch. We had everything we needed and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

The unit at 399 is super clean and secluded away from traffic noise. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals. Beds and pillows comfy. It is awesome to park right in front of the unit to walk in with no wait time for an elevator and no steps. A small cooler is supplied along with beach chairs and beach umbrella for those who fly in and cannot bring those items on a plane. Super convenient. Also, extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and extra roll paper towels for kitchen along with extra garbage bags and dishwasher/dish liquid for kitchen. The unit has tons of towels and wash clothes along with several beach towels. A gas grill is provided.

This property exceeded our expectations. Most property management companies give you the bare minimum essentials. It’s the little things that separates Kimberly Lang from others such as Vacasa . We had sufficient towels, dish towels, toilet paper, kitchen accessories, etc. Also, having beach chair service included was a great plus. We had no issues and were very pleased. Will be staying here again.

What a great vacation. Came down to Fort Walton for a few days to relax. I have found my new favorite place. The Palms is a great spot to relax without big crowds. The condo was perfect. We had a great time staying at Seascapes and will definitely be back. This was our absolute favorite place to stay. Sage Paddle Company provides golf cart rentals which we used for traveling to and from the beach.

Sea Oats is right on the beach with spectacular views and plenty of places to visit. We enjoyed sunsets and a cool drink from the pier and restaurants within a short walk or drive into Fort Walton or Destin. (Stewby's Seafood Shanty and AJ Oyster Shanty, walking distance, and The Front Porch, in Destin, were favorites.) The condo was comfortable and clean; it was supplied with kitchen and bathroom items as well as beach towels. We had an umbrella and chairs reserved for our use. The employees were friendly and took care of the property. A special thank you to Jennifer and Michelle for helping us with the wi-fi. We enjoyed talking with you. Thank you!

We loved our stay! Beautiful condo! Comfy beds and couch. Shower had great water pressure! Kitchen had plenty of appliances, dishes, and utensils! Soap, dish detergent, beach towels, soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels were all included! I was a little surprised there were no beach toys, games in the condo, or seasonings, but it wasn’t a big deal! Everything else was excellent and I would stay there again!

This was our second time renting through Kimberly Lang and once again the entire experience was phenomenal. The condo was more stunning than we imagined and was immaculately clean. We are from North Carolina and usually vacation at Myrtle Beach, SC. We decided to try something different and had heard about the beautiful beaches in this area. We took a chance and booked into the Surf Dweller. What a surprise!!!! The beaches here are far superior. The sand is so white and soft, and the crystal blue waters look like a painting. This is our new spot. The condo was perfect. Very well stocked with linens and everything else needed.

Another amazing stay!! This was our 3rd trip with Kimberly Lang and 3rd condo. Each one has been an amazing experience. The amenities are more than you can ask for. They communicate well and give instructions prior to your trip. This condo was on the first floor right in front of the pool and just a short walking distance to the beach. Will definitely book this one again for smaller family gatherings.

Could not have asked for a better location. The townhome is directly across from a beach access, as well as an Italian restaurant, and a couple of seafood places just down the street. The area is quiet, and it's easy enough to drive to the main streets. The townhome is very nice and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped. Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs, and the stairs are steep. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Manager kept in contact regularly. If you are bringing a pet, there is a nice area off the deck that is enclosed.

This was the second time staying in this property. I love the hominess and smaller 3 story property right on the beach in a less crowded beach area. Love the free beach service and family atmosphere and less crowded roads and restaurants than Destin, but still so close if that is what I am looking for in an outing. Honestly, we only left the island twice this visit to go to Publix and the wonderful Thai place in Fort Walton Beach. The beach and weather were amazing our whole Easter weekend. Accomodations are so close to the beach we could walk back and forth to grab snacks etc. without having to lug huge bags with us. And in the evening we would enjoy eating home cooked food from the well appointed kitchen while sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunset. Nice to have washer and dryer to keep things clean and dry for easy packing. Also, enjoy the offers we receive a couple times a year welcoming us to come back and enjoy a discount to stay at a Kimberly Lang property again. Just a wonderful place to stay and we have been coming a couple times a year for over 5 years now. It is like our second home.

Miramar Beach Villa filled that bill perfectly. Within walking distance to just about anything & everything we needed/wanted. We have used Kimberly Lang for several years. They are very personable and have always been very friendly and easy to work with. The units we have stayed in, in the past have always been just as described or better. There was even one stay that the unit we originally rented was undergoing updates to the sliding glass doors and they went above and beyond making it right. The property was clean with just enough space for my family. We appreciated the balcony in the upstairs rooms, washer and dryer, and having a kitchen to cook meals. This is a great spot located in the heart of Destin for a reasonable price. We would definitely book again.

We highly recommend Palms 403! The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated! While unpacking for a month-long stay, we appreciated the many storage options cleverly incorporated into the decor. We have stayed in many Okaloosa Island properties over the years and this one was by far the best stocked unit with so many items not usually found in the properties. Items such as hand soap, pens, paper, coozies, cleaning supplies, and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked well above the typical bare bones, and I was able to cook, bake, and serve Easter dinner for the family with no problem! The view is gorgeous from the large balcony which has plenty of seating and is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. The beach access is very convenient and includes restrooms easily accessible from the beach. It is obvious that this unit is loved by the owner, which made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we arrived! We will rent this property again!!

This was our family's first Destin area (Okaloosa Island) experience. It did not disappoint! We have been renting in FL during spring break for the past 10 years. This condo was by far the best-stocked/outfitted condo we've rented -- when it says "extra" in the description ... it's no joke -- from extra sheets and towels to plenty of cookware, utensils and supplies and even sharp kitchen knives -- a necessity for our family since we enjoy cooking many of our vacation meals ourselves! One of THE best perks: the beach service ... daily umbrella and chair set up on the beach. Working with the KL office was easy from our initial contact via email/phone, to using the guest portal and finally the ease of texting simple questions to a local company was the best! We rented the pontoon offered to KL guests and had the same experience: completely easy and super fun! For the Sea Oats facility in particular, we were able to walk right across the street each night to listen to live music at AJs Bar & Grill. Our boys fished at the Okaloosa Pier every single day. Right next to the pier is a restaurant that cooked their catch for dirt cheap--they loved it! Highly recommend Sea Oats 411, but recommend the Kimberly Lang office if you want your spring break rental to be stress free!
