Great place for families! We are a family of 4 and there is so much room in this place. I think you could fit 8 people comfortably if you wanted. Right off the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It was rainy for the 2 of the days we stayed there, and it was a double red flag condition (no one was allowed to swim at the beach). But having the pool within walking distance was great. I would stay here again.

This was our 1st time staying on a lower level. We are now believers the low level is the way to go!! This condo was in such a perfect location! We were able to park almost right by the entry door to unpack our truck. Also, we were able to walk right out the back sliding door and go straight to the pool/beach! Super easy access!!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was ice cream and golf within walking distance. Also, the beach wasn’t crowded by this condo since it's a smaller unit. Further down the beach looked like swarming ants of people! Would stay again and again!!

The back patio also has a hose and shower for cleaning off, which was extremely convenient. The walk to the beach is short, at most a minute or two dragging a wagon and 3 kids.

The house is lovely and well furnished for cooking and entertaining. The private pool was nice. The pine needles were a hassle but at least an electric blower was provided. The lake is full of bluegills so the kids had a blast fishing. Wish Miramar allowed out of town dogs on the beach! My Ellie Mae was happy to have the lake to retrieve her balls!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, well-stocked, and adjacent to many local eateries, shopping, and other amenities. It was a very short (2-3 minute) walk to the beautiful beach and the pool was also a big hit with our kids. The property owner was also most helpful and accommodating. She quickly responded to our questions and even checked in with us to make sure our group was safe and the property was undamaged after a storm rolled through the region. We appreciated the thoughtfulness. We look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed at Sea Oats #103 right after Labor Day. Everything was wonderful in the condo. It was reasonably priced and right next to the pool which was very convenient. The 2nd bedroom had a very nice bunk bed with the bottom bed being a lot bigger than the pictures looked. The master bed was also very comfortable. The pool was very well maintained, and 2 beach chairs were included in the condo price. A pier was very close by, and we watched a great sunset from there. We also watched the dolphins frolicking near the pier. Beach towels were included in the rental, but we didn’t find them until the last day. They were in a basket to the right side of the TV.

From the moment you open the door you you feel the stress fall away as you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Then you notice how bright and clean the surroundings are.
Everything was pristine and perfect for what we were needing. The King bed was very comfy and the location of the washer/dryer was perfect!
Our two favorite places to eat were Stewby’s for lunch/dinner and Asiago for breakfast. Both in walking distance from the condo. Speaking of walking, the sidewalks were perfect for getting your morning or evening walk in if you didn’t want to walk the beautiful beach. The beach was the best! Quiet, clean, and so very serene!
It was an easy walk from your room to the beach.

Our stay at Sunset Cottages 5A was better than we expected! Walking in we realized that it was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything was just as pictured and we had everything we needed and more (towels, comfy beds/pillows/couch, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). Our 5-year-old LOVED the bunk beds and our 1-year-old had lots of space to roam around (there was even a large playpen if needed). There were even a few kids’ books that they looked through each day! Walking to the beach was a breeze and it was so nice to be on the ground floor, steps away from the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted. Beach service is a great plus, not having to lug an umbrella around. We had such a great time and loved staying here! We are grateful for such a nice place for our family. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Point and Fort Walton Beach. Though the condo is not directly on the beach, it was a short walk to public beach access. The neighborhood was great as well. We enjoyed a quick walk to AJ’s for adult beverages, there is also a small ice cream stand a short walk away! The condo was clean and the perfect size for a couple’s trip. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed for a dinner in, though we did have to purchase other basics such as salt and pepper. I would highly recommend a stay at Sandy Point and would absolutely consider another stay!

We love the Okaloosa Island beach, not crowded at all, and this rental has an excellent chair & umbrella service. 6th floor Beach Views from the living room & master bedroom. Tom Thumb full convenience store only a 5 min walk on the same side of the road. Main road has a bike lane and sidewalk for easy cardio, dog walking, and access to Hwy 98. Kitchen is equipped with everything most people would need including a full size fridge. The decor was better than expected in this price range. A/C and WiFi worked well and we never had to wait on the elevator. Back patio with beach views was really nice. Communication with staff was excellent during our stay. Very responsive and pleasant.

First off, the condo is much bigger than the pictures do it justice for. We had plenty of space for our children to play in the condo before we headed to the beach and pool. The condo was well equipped and adorned to make it feel very beachy and homey. The location alone being so centralized was extremely helpful for groceries and beer runs. Loved the lake and the kids loved to feed the fish. They had all kinds of things you could use like beach chairs and beach towels which made it so much easier. This house was booked for 2 families to enjoy a high school senior's trip before moving away to college. This trip was booked over a year ago. This young lady is an avid softball player that had tragedy hit when she tore her ACL in January 2022 (her junior year). This injury prevented her from pitching for almost an entire year. Through hard work and determination, she was able to bounce back after surgery (and complications). She had a heck of a softball season! So much so that her high school team won their district championship and made it to the state final four for the first time in the school's history! We couldn't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity for her and her team. The property manager was more than understanding and offered to let us shift our days! This allowed us to not miss softball or the beach! The house is very nice! It is cozy, comfortable, clean, has everything you need and is close to the beach! We loved our stay! We are already trying to plan our next trip!

Our family loved staying in this condo. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The pool and lazy river were so much fun. It was nice being able to take a short walk and be on the beach. There were chairs and an umbrella set up for us, which was nice. We were also able to take a ten-minute walk to get to the pier where we fished. From the pier, we spotted many dolphins and sea turtles. Any time I needed to communicate with management, they were super quick to respond. Other things we liked: the table on the balcony to eat meals as well as the table inside. Also, that there are two master rooms that have their own soaking bathtub and shower. We recommend staying here.

We took a long weekend trip to Ft Walton Beach and stayed in this unit. There were 4 of us, and it was perfect! It's spacious, and very cozy. The online pics completely portray the unit. The location is convenient for Ft Walton Beach, and the trip to Destin (which we also love), was just a short trip. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at Harbor Landing was great! The location is minutes from all major stores and souvenir shops. The condo was spotless and had all the things we needed and then some. Love, love, love this condo!! We stay here every year for our annual girls trip and the condo is perfect! They layout for each room to have its own bathroom, the central location to Fort Walton and Destin and the beautiful beach is only a couple of reasons we love it so much.

First, this is one of the finest beaches in Florida - beautiful white sand, gentle waves, and quiet surroundings. Then you can top it by staying at this condo unit. It is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The fifth-floor location makes it above the beach noise (except for the lull of waves) yet is easily accessed from the center elevator shaft. The pool area is well maintained and the pair of beach chairs already set up by the water means you don't need to lug yours along. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby while far enough way that you are not living on a busy tourist street.

This was our second time staying in this home. Location is great for walking to the beach. Layout works really well for multiple families and/or younger kids. My sister and I shared this condo . We are both in our mid sixties. The townhouse was beautiful. Even though, it's a short walk to the beach, we chose to drive and park in the free parking across the street from the townhouse. The property is in a great location. Near restaurants and attractions. We visited with our friend who was staying in Destin (only a 15 minute drive). Kimberly quickly responded to any request we had. We plan on returning next year.

We love this condo, it offered an excellent view of the gulf! The kitchen looked like it had been recently remodeled, we thought it looks really nice - I thought it was neat how the kitchen cabinet doors slow-closed to prevent any accidental slamming. We had 10 people, 4 adults and 6 boys age 3 to 16. The condo was beautiful and within a short walk to the pool and hot tub as well as the walk over to the beach. We had everything we could need for cooking and never ran out of towels. The balcony was huge enough for all of us and a great place to keep all our wet sandy clothes. The company answered all my questions promptly and were so helpful with everything. This was my second rental through Kim Lang and I plan to rent through them next year.

Great location, kids enjoyed the sound and the beach across the road. Easy to go back and forth. House was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and love having everything provided in the house not having to leave much. Lots of close restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for our spring break trip, and I don't think we could have picked a better place. The price was great, the condo was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was near the beach, bike path, restaurants, and shopping. There is a huge balcony with a direct view of the gulf. The property is also very nice- we loved the pond/lake with the boardwalk you could walk on to the beach. We had no problems at all and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Destin!

This property deserves more than just five stars. It is beautiful, clean, fully stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. A short walk over a sand dune and you are on the beach. My friends that had never been to Destine before fell in love!! The+ Morewater is so clear, the beach so white and clean. We ate at the Back Porch which had a great view of the beach / gulf and the food was really good. Very comfortable stay! We've stayed with Kimberly Lang in various different properties and we've always appreciated the extras that make the travel so much less of a hassle. Paper towels, lots of bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, well maintained properties and great communication each and every time. This was our second stay at 102 Summerlin and it accommodated 3 adults and 2 children very comfortably. The pool by the way was exceptionally clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Bella Riva 301 was an amazing condo. My family and I booked this trip for family fun on the beach and celebrating my mother’s 47th birthday. We originally booked a condo in the Island Princess but the property is under construction. The staff at Kim Lang’s Property contact me right after booking and suggest we move our location because of the noisy construction. The team member Michelle was very helpful, and very responsive when we had a few questions during our stay. The experience with booking with Kim lang along was great.With that being said, my mom had a blast and has not stop talking about the condo. She stayed in the master bed room and of course she said the bathroom is fit for a queen like herself. The view was beautiful. We felt secured with the codes on the gates and doors. The condo had extra towels and linen if we needed. We literally had no issues other than mother natures stormy weather but the condo was so nice we didn’t mind staying in.

This was my 2nd year at Fort Walton Beach-same condo at Sea Oats. Absolutely love the location with pool and beach even though this year wasn’t as warm as last year. I can’t express how amazing this property was!!! Not only does it have a huge balcony, with beautiful ocean views, it had the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The location was great! Off of the heavily traveled roads where it seemed quiet but still so close to everything. We had our teenagers with and a preteen and they all loved the place! The bunk room offered enough space for all of them and they couldn’t wait to go from the ocean to the pool. We felt really safe at the property. We will definitely book here again!!

There are a lot of different eating places very near by. Our group of 8 fit comfortably. The villa is in a gated community across from private beach access and it is a nice and quiet area. The house itself is gorgeous, and it was so nice to have the view of the bay and private beach. It was also just a short walk across the street from the neighborhood to the Oceanside. This was the perfect location, steps from the pool, hot tub, beach, and Stewby's seafood. The property was clean, as described, and they even made sure there were extra towels. The beach is steps away for an early morning cup of coffee. It was a perfect location for teens within eyesight of the pool and hot tub. Stewby's seafood and mini golf were just across the street with AJ's right across the street for evening dancing, music, and fun for the adults. The pull-out couch was comfortable with a good quality mattress. All the linens were super clean with extras in the closets. There were extra towels in every bathroom with beach towels at the back door. We had a wonderful stay and even hosted a dinner party with a local family. It is a super easy location.

Loved that there is a snack bar right on the beach (although it wasn’t opened while we were there). Love that you supply beach towels, dish soap, dish detergent etc. That is the main reason I try to book via Kimberly Lang.

My family stayed during October 2022 for Fall Break. We were very pleased with the rental. The Kim Lang staff are very interactive through the Guest Chat and responded quickly to any questions. Rental has tons of space and was clean and well kept. Great location, quick walk across the street to beach, tons of restaurants and shopping right in Miramar Beach. Destin is a quick 15-20 minute drive for even more attractions. My family all agreed they want to rent the same house for our next vacation!

LOVED the new tile shower with rain head/massage sprayers/handheld shower head and the 100 gallon water heater ensured we all had a hot shower. Kitchen cabinets were new and kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We loved the Keurig/Coffee Maker combo. Samsung washer/dryer combo update was nice too. Loved having beach towels provided in the condo and plenty of towels in the bathrooms four our family.

Beautiful, clean two story coastal home! It's tucked away from traffic and noise but only a few feet away from the private pool and the villas gated beach access. It has a well equipped kitchen, spacemaker washer/dryer tower on the upper floor and beach umbrellas and chairs on the lower rear lanai off of the downstairs master suite. I'm happy to share that there were no burned out lights in the whole house! Kimberly and associates are always gracious and ready to help with any problem! BOOK IT!

We loved having a condo with three king beds and each bedroom having its own private+ Morebathroom. We were right on the beach. My favorite thing to do was get up early (around 6:30 a.m.) and sit on the balcony and listen to the waves before the beach got crowded. It was so relaxing and a wonderful way to start my day. We had an amazing stay on Okaloosa Island. So much so that we decided to extend our stay one extra night while there. I would highly recommend booking through Kimberly Lang. The location was amazing and we really enjoyed beach time every day we were there! I would highly recommend having plenty of sunblock and enjoying the beach! We enjoyed a nice anniversary dinner at Soleil, it was definitely a higher scale restaurant,but perfect for a nice romantic dinner. Our stay here was awesome! Easy check in, cute decor, the condo was clean, extra linens, ac blows ice cold. Very short walk to the beach was my favorite part! Rockin Tacos was delicious for dinner on the beach. We went to crab island , which was BEAUTIFUL, via a rental pontoon through Island Watersports, highly reccomend! Ate dinner at Fudpuckers, so much to do there while you wait. The Gulfarium was a blast, with multiple different shows to see including dolphins and sea lions! Watching the sunset walking along the Harborwalk was relaxing, plenty todo there as well!

Our group loved our stay in Crystal Village 15A. The unit was very clean and well organized. The extra special touches like hooks for towels by the door and extra plugs and USB chargers as well as extra paper and cleaning products were great. The unit is very close to the beach and an easy walk with the beach wagon to get all our gear to the public beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook great meals in and avoid the summer crowds in the restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

PERFECTION! We have been staying on the Gulf side of the island for years. We always rent a boat for 2-3 days but with this condo having its own slip we worked out a deal for a boat all week. Parked directly below our balcony we could always see it+ Moresnd come and go as we pleased. I even left coolers floats snorkel gear etc in and no one ever touched a thing. The key was even left in it! The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous. Like others had said the outside is a little sketchy but there were people there everyday painting and working to improve. Not once did we hear them either. The entire process was smooth and simple and very much appreciated! We will be coming back here!!! Thank yousnd come and go as we pleased. Bella Riva was the perfect choice for our family of 10. After doing my research of where to stay between Destin/Navarre, and reading most of the Reviews on this condo, my brothers/sisters all said it was the perfect choice. The rooms were all spacious enough to accommodate each family especially each room having their own spacious bathrooms! The kitchen/laundry room was equipped w/basic necessities-and EVERYTHING works! So much towels!! This condo was so clean. All beds in all the rooms were comfy/so much pillows! We had 3 kids who loved the bunk beds! The balcony gave us beautiful views of the beach, sun rise/sunset. Being on the second floor made it easy for the family to go down the beach with all the beach necessities. The included beach chair set up in front of the beach was def nice. Love that check-in/check-out was smooth. Love that management checked in with us twice to make sure we had everything we needed. Also the pontoon rental provided with this place was great. If you want a nice family environment, this is definitely the place.

This is the second year we have stayed at this location. The home is comfortable, with plenty of room for the whole family to unwind. This year, we also booked a dolphin cruise with Coastal Life Charters, and went throughout the Santa Rosa Sound, including around the rental area. It was a lot of fun. The Gulf Coast beach is only a short drive or walk away, and is never overcrowded like some popular beach locations. We would highly recommend this location for those looking for a break from crowds and traffic.

Island Princess 109 is AMAZING! The condo is large and has everything you need. We loved the convenience of being on the ground floor and the location of the pool to our room. I would highly recommend booking through Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental. They were so easy to deal with. We hope to be back next summer.

We stayed in unit 601 at Ft Walton beach. It was an easy process reserving, checking in , and checking out. The location of the unit and the setup was exactly what we had asked for. Very easy access to the beach!

The condo itself was very clean and accommodating. Parking was great as there were always open spots compared to places I have been in the past and you had to walk quite a ways to park. A couple concerns I had were lack of storage in the master+ Morebath. The vanity was small and there was no where to put your toiletries. Some shelving would be helpful. Also the beach service included is nice however we were never able to sit in the front row as all the chairs were reserved with yellow tags and half the time the reserved chairs never went occupied. We spoke with the lifeguard and he said our chairs were first come first serve and we could not reserve any for the next day. It was a bummer never being able to sit front row with a direct ocean view. The ocean was a disappointment that is only mother nature's fault due to an abundance of seaweed that completely blacked out the water and covered you if you got in. They said this has not happened for several years but of course this was the year. The water was brown/black and very smelly everyday we were there.☹️bath. We had an incredible week at Destin and our condo at Aerial Dunes I #507 helped make that happen. The condo is spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is has also been updated to reflect modern tastes unlike some other condos that make you feel like you walked into the 90’s or worse. The view is excellent with a straight on view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of complimentary soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms if needed. We rented the pontoon boat as well, and highly recommend you doing the same. Take it out to Crab Island, you won’t be disappointed.

Our door would not close after dinner, and it Dwayne was so nice, he showed up quickly and had it fixed in no time. then he would smile and say hi to us every time we saw him. We will surly be back, My hubby and i are Santa and Mrs. C and we have not had a vacation childfree if 31 years. Our kids got us this trip for Christmas and to celebrate our 31st anniversary. We ate at Bubba Gump's that was so fun, we went for a late lunch and had one on one with the staff for we were the only ones there at that time. We also went to AJs and had a great time there also, food at all places was nice, it was also nice that the grocery store was just down the road. We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle in Okaloosa Island Fort Walton Beach. Everything was clean and there were plenty of beach towels and linens. The location is excellent and it is a family-friendly place. I would recommend taking a ride down to the pier, walking out over the water on a late evening, and for somewhere to go eat we enjoyed The Shack seafood restaurant.

The condo is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and clean with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and+ Morecounter space as well as an enormous pantry for storing provisions out of the way. The pool has a fantastic layout - lots of shallow areas for kiddos and square footage for folks to spread out. Having codes for the doors made our outings so much more convenient as we did not have to keep track of keys. I suggest mounting wall hooks or towel bars to the bathrooms and balcony as there were not many places to hang swimsuits and bathroom towels. And I wish there were recycling. But overall, the Kimberly Lang condo was incredible—management was attentive and friendly too. We had a wonderful stay at Aerial Dune I!! We arrived a little earlier than anticipated and they allowed us to check in a little early. The view was great and the condo was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The condo had everything that we needed. We also had the opportunity to rent the pontoon and Zach was amazing with answering questions and giving suggestions on where to go on the boat. The communication was superb, anytime I messaged them, someone replied within a timely manner. My family was very pleased with our stay and will be returning!

Very clean with a phenomenal views from the balcony. 1-2 minute walk down to beach. Located near several restaurants and shopping stores. We had a long drive and didn't take into consideration we were traveling to a different time zone. So when we arrived we were tired and the weather was very hot. They were kind enough to let us check in early at no extra cost which was a great blessing. Would definitely stay here again.
