This was the perfect location, steps from the pool, hot tub, beach, and Stewby's seafood. The property was clean, as described, and they even made sure there were extra towels. The beach is steps away for an early morning cup of coffee. It was a perfect location for teens within eyesight of the pool and hot tub. Stewby's seafood and mini golf were just across the street with AJ's right across the street for evening dancing, music, and fun for the adults. The pull-out couch was comfortable with a good quality mattress. All the linens were super clean with extras in the closets. There were extra towels in every bathroom with beach towels at the back door. We had a wonderful stay and even hosted a dinner party with a local family. It is a super easy location.

Loved that there is a snack bar right on the beach (although it wasn’t opened while we were there). Love that you supply beach towels, dish soap, dish detergent etc. That is the main reason I try to book via Kimberly Lang.

My husband and I live here, but surprised my out of town sister and brother-in-law by renting one of the most GORGEOUS Condos on the beach. Gulf side Unit 601 on Okaloosa Island, Ft Walton Beach. The Units decor was stunning, each room was perfect. The view, since a corner unit, we could see up and down the coast. The amenities are all there. Just bring your clothes, food and you are set. Condo had been beautifully renovated. Barn style grey laminate flooring throughout was so nice and easy to maintain. LOVED the new tile shower with rain head/massage sprayers/handheld shower head and the 100 gallon water heater ensured we all had a hot shower. Kitchen cabinets were new and kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We loved the Keurig/Coffee Maker combo. Samsung washer/dryer combo update was nice too. Beautiful, clean two story coastal home! It's tucked away from traffic and noise but only a few feet away from the private pool and the villas gated beach access. It has a well equipped kitchen, spacemaker washer/dryer tower on the upper floor and beach umbrellas and chairs on the lower rear lanai off of the downstairs master suite. I'm happy to share that there were no burned out lights in the whole house! Kimberly and associates are always gracious and ready to help with any problem! BOOK IT!

We had a wonderful time while staying at Fort Walton Beach. Our condo was beautiful!! It had anything and everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We loved having a condo with three king beds and each bedroom having its own private+ Morebathroom. We were right on the beach. My favorite thing to do was get up early (around 6:30 a.m.) and sit on the balcony and listen to the waves before the beach got crowded. It was so relaxing and a wonderful way to start my day. We had an amazing stay on Okaloosa Island. So much so that we decided to extend our stay one extra night while there. I would highly recommend booking through Kimberly Lang. It was clean, spacious, and the decor was very nice. Our stay here was awesome! Easy check in, cute decor, the condo was clean, extra linens, ac blows ice cold. Very short walk to the beach was my favorite part! Rockin Tacos was delicious for dinner on the beach. We went to crab island , which was BEAUTIFUL, via a rental pontoon through Island Watersports, highly reccomend! Ate dinner at Fudpuckers, so much to do there while you wait. The Gulfarium was a blast, with multiple different shows to see including dolphins and sea lions! Watching the sunset walking along the Harborwalk was relaxing, plenty todo there as well!

The company was available and checked in with me throughout my stay via chat and it was super easy to get in touch with them. The oceanfront view is amazing! We booked the condo for a girls trip and it was a perfect choice! The separate bedroom with two king beds and two full baths met our needs. We did not have a car and we were able to walk to stores and restaurants and had a great time at this location. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The beach towels were a nice amenity and we enjoyed the daily beach service. A perfect view of the fireworks, too! You unload and go out the back sliding doors to a snow white beautiful beach. There are beach chairs and umbrellas they set up every morning. I don't usually give reviews but felt that this trip deserved one especially this property. Easy trip up the elevator to the 5th floor that drops you to your front door practically. Very spacious condo and a large kitchen. Its always a plus having a washer & dryer and this was option was used often. Bedrooms were very nice with large flat screen tv's. Our group loved our stay in Crystal Village 15A. The unit was very clean and well organized. The extra special touches like hooks for towels by the door and extra plugs and USB chargers as well as extra paper and cleaning products were great. The unit is very close to the beach and an easy walk with the beach wagon to get all our gear to the public beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook great meals in and avoid the summer crowds in the restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

PERFECTION! We have been staying on the Gulf side of the island for years. We always rent a boat for 2-3 days but with this condo having its own slip we worked out a deal for a boat all week. Bella Riva was the perfect choice for our family of 10. After doing my research of where to stay between Destin/Navarre, and reading most of the Reviews on this condo, my brothers/sisters all said it was the perfect choice. The rooms were all spacious enough to accommodate each family especially each room having their own spacious bathrooms! The kitchen/laundry room was equipped w/basic necessities-and EVERYTHING works! So much towels!! This condo was so clean. All beds in all the rooms were comfy/so much pillows! We had 3 kids who loved the bunk beds! The balcony gave us beautiful views of the beach, sun rise/sunset. Being on the second floor made it easy for the family to go down the beach with all the beach necessities. The included beach chair set up in front of the beach was def nice. Love that check-in/check-out was smooth. Love that management checked in with us twice to make sure we had everything we needed. Also the pontoon rental provided with this place was great. If you want a nice family environment, this is definitely the place.

This is the second year we have stayed at this location. The home is comfortable, with plenty of room for the whole family to unwind. This year, we also booked a dolphin cruise with Coastal Life Charters, and went throughout the Santa Rosa Sound, including around the rental area. It was a lot of fun. The Gulf Coast beach is only a short drive or walk away, and is never overcrowded like some popular beach locations. We would highly recommend this location for those looking for a break from crowds and traffic.

We spoke with the lifeguard and he said our chairs were first come first serve and we could not reserve any for the next day. It was a bummer never being able to sit front row with a direct ocean view. The ocean was a disappointment that is only mother nature's fault due to an abundance of seaweed that completely blacked out the water and covered you if you got in. They said this has not happened for several years but of course this was the year. The water was brown/black and very smelly everyday we were there.☹️bath. We had an incredible week at Destin and our condo at Aerial Dunes I #507 helped make that happen. The condo is spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is has also been updated to reflect modern tastes unlike some other condos that make you feel like you walked into the 90’s or worse. The view is excellent with a straight on view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of complimentary soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms if needed. We rented the pontoon boat as well, and highly recommend you doing the same. Take it out to Crab Island, you won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle in Okaloosa Island Fort Walton Beach. Everything was clean and there were plenty of beach towels and linens. The location is excellent and it is a family-friendly place. I would recommend taking a ride down to the pier, walking out over the water on a late evening, and for somewhere to go eat we enjoyed The Shack seafood restaurant.

The pool has a fantastic layout - lots of shallow areas for kiddos and square footage for folks to spread out. But overall, the Kimberly Lang condo was incredible—management was attentive and friendly too. We had a fantastic stay at Seascape! There were 10 of us of all ages and sizes and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location on the Sound couldn't have been better and the ocean was literally a short walk away. We used all the amenities from the sand toys to the kayaks/standup boards to the wagons and beach chairs. It was so nice to have all those things available! The kids really enjoyed the game room downstairs with the foosball table and arcade games. And we even visited the pool a few times. I can definitely see us coming back to Navarre and Seascape!

Our stay at 601 Island Princess was great. The assigned covered parking spot is right by the center elevator and they had carts that made moving our things to the condo a breeze. Even better, there is an elevator on the end of the complex within 25 feet of the condo door. It was rarely used and was a great benefit. The condo was just as advertised and extremely well stocked. It was ready on time and very clean. The balcony is one of the ones sticking out so the view was amazing. The Boardwalk has fireworks every Wednesday night and we had an unobstructed view. There are many excellent restaurants near by and Destin is a short drive away. We found the restaurants at The Boardwalk fantastic. If you request to sit outside, it may take a little longer, but it is well worth it. We rented the pontoon boat available through the property management company and it was the highlight of our trip. It was a short drive from the condo and there is a Publix on the way where we got subs, drinks, and ice for the adventure. The pontoon boat was waiting and Zack had a cart ready to move our things to the boat. The pontoon boat was immaculate and ran smoothly. The large cover was very welcome with the sun and heat. Zack told us places we might consider going and things we could do. His information was invaluable. We had so much fun, but were so tired we were ready to cut the day a little short. We called Zack, told him when we would be back, and he was waiting at the dock with a cart. The thing that really stood out with Kimberly Lang’s team was their knowledge and they were outstanding communicators.

Everything was perfect. The layout of the condo was perfect for 2 families, each had their own connecting bathroom. The extra items you supply helped us a lot. A sponge for dishes, never thought to bring one. You did. Everything is stocked so you can cook if you want to. Ice maker worked great. There was an extra fan in the closet but A/C works so great, we did not need it. The beach towels you provide was nice when all of ours were used. Stackable washers and dryer work great so we came back with clean clothes and no laundry to do at home. The condo was clean and comfortable. Also, we left a bag behind and the cleaning crew turned it in. Thankful for that!

We LOVED Crab Island & rented a pontoon boat-the 3 yr old with us said it was the best fun. Places to eat Stewbys (we did the market & got gumbo & their steamer meal-less wait time) The Shack, Floyd’s, McQuires (Destin & so fun! All restaurants were very good & lively, but one of the best was The Bavarian Wirthaus (definitely a locals place) fun & a great band. Very good ice cream place by Stewby’s. Don’t miss going to the pier-saw dolphin/large turtles & a couple small sharks.

The only suggestion I would make (only because the+ Moreother five homes We've stayed at in Sandestin Resort) include the golf cart as part of the rental of the house rather than have it as an add-on for additional fees. The staff were amazing and have excellent communication skills. They're very attentive. I highly recommend this unit. Great location right on the beach - absolutely amazing view of the ocean! Within walking distance to some bars and restaurants and not a far drive to even more. It was a wonderful visit again! Last year, we came for only 4 days and 3 nights and it was NOT long enough so this time we stayed for a week. It was a perfect setup for our little family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids under 11). It's such a clean condo (furniture, kitchen, bedding, everything!) and decorated so Beachy and pretty. It has great access to the beach and pool. We love that it's only on the 3rd floor which made it easier to just use the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator every time. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We love that there is beach service included. We love the Fort Walton Beach Area.

We have been taking our annual girls trip to the gulf coast (Alabama and Florida) for over twenty years. This year was by far the best as far as the condo goes. The weather wasn’t ideal but we didn’t mind one bit since our condo was perfect in every way! It was stocked with more than we could ask for. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. There were more than enough towels, bath cloths and even beach towels! Everything was extremely clean. Even enough beach towels for everyone. We noticed A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that truly impacted our stay. Would stay here again.

This was such a great vacation spot for our family. We brought our two dogs and they had a great time hanging out on the dock and running around the back yard. This is a private home tucked away in a secluded spot, but it is right in the middle of+ Moreall of the local hot spots. I have stayed at many condo rentals and as of this review writing, this condo is my favorite. I thought the pictures were too good to be true, but they actually do not do it justice! The condo is very well-appointed with beautiful furnishings and tons of upgrades. The kitchen is very well-stocked with every cooking tool imaginable. I love the two master suite layout which is perfect for couples sharing the space. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to gather, entertain or just relax. I can't say enough about the location of the property. You are located right on Navarre beach and the views from the balcony are stunning. You can see the sunrise and the sunset and also have a great view of the beautiful pool and spa area. You are just minutes from two restaurants as well as the bridge which can take you to grocery stores and fast-food options. I definitely plan to stay here again.

This was a great, 1 bed room on the top floor. It has a bunk bed in the main hall way and a sofa bed so could sleep up to 6 people. We just had 1 teenage daughter so it was perfect for us. The views are still good from the balcony. The unit was well-stocked with dishes, appliances, and utensils. We also appreciated the beach items provided (umbrella, chairs, boogie board, and sand toys.) Great location and convenient. We recommend this unit and will be back for more visits.

This place is great and my family had tons of fun being poolside one day beachside the next. Be sure to look at the floor plan to pick the proper condo for a great view of the ocean and beach. Walking to the beach literally is less than 5 minutes. You walk poolside to get to that so you can be in some cool water in little to no time. One mile walk on the beach to the pier and Boardwalk. My whole family loved this place and didn't want to leave. The beds were super comfortable and the oversized king bed fit all 3 of my toddler girls plus me with room. That being said we were trying to rent a DVD from the kiosk in the lobby and realized we had not been given a DVD card. We had a great stay at this condo! We had 3 adults, 2 - 5 year olds, and 2 - 1 year olds. We all fit very comfortably. The condo was in great shape when we arrived. You could tell the condo had been recently cleaned. We were very impressed! It’s very close to the beach and pool, a very short walk through the main building. It’s a corner unit, so it was very quiet which was nice. The customer service was fantastic, very fast and quick to respond.

Beautiful Condo! This condo has everything you will need for your beach vacation. The king size bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. The only con I have is the couch does not allow you to sit up straight and is hard on your back. We stayed at Harbor Landing 803A. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. The condo itself is perfect it has everything you need and then some. You can relax on the deck when it is a rainy morning or evening or have a drink and watch+ Morethe boats come and go. The pool is perfect when there are red flags flying for the Gulf. The beach access is a short walk but easy to get to a long with a shower at parking lot gate to rinse off when coming back. We booked a Tiki Cruise to Crab Island so much fun and even though it was low tide we still had a blast. Best places we found to eat were, Donut Hole wait is worth it, The Back Porch, Tailfins, Pompano Joes, Louisiana Lagniappe and McGuires. If you don't mind a short ride Stewby's over in Fort Walton is a must as well. We will be back to this location in the future!the boats come and go. The Surfdweller complex is the best location on Okaloosa Island. This condo, Room 309, was super spacious, and it is a VERY short walk to the sand. The view is breathtaking. The condo was clean and well supplied with hand soaps and extra toilet tissue. The beds were comfy. Love that 2 chairs and an umbrella were included with our stay. There were plenty of beach towels in the condo for our use. The pool (adult and baby pool) are on the street side of the condo which I personally prefer since we come to FLA for the beach not a pool experience. I’m in my mid 50’s and have been coming to the Surfdweller complex for almost 40 years. This condo has a very large balcony and close to the Boardwalk, and many shops and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much and will be back!

We had an great stay at Seacrest. The condo was clean, comfortable and smelled amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. The bathrooms had a ton of fluffy white towels. They even had hand soap dispensers and travel size toiletries in each bathroom! There were beach towels and chairs for us to use. The patio was perfectl! Not directly facing the beach, but an amazing view of the gulf that was perfectly sunny and shaded so we could sit out and enjoy the weather all day long. The Kimberly Lang staff thought of everything to make our stay wonderful !! We will definitely be booking with them again for next year.

This condo was perfect for us!! It was very clean and appeared updated with a very large balcony. This complex is only 6 floors high so we didn't have to wait on elevators. The beds were comfortable and stocked with good quality linens and+ Morebeach towels. They have 2 pools and a hot tub which were all well maintained with plenty of loungers. The kitchen was well stocked but for coffee drinkers just fyi it is a regular coffee pot not for kerig pods. Best condo ever. The walk to the pool/ beach were so convienent, especially with a toddler. The condo was clean and decorated so cute. Short drive to Destin made our experience even better. Will def be back.

The house was very nice and spacious. The upstairs entertainment room wasn’t cooling at first but once the dirty filter was removed, all was well. About a 3-5 min walk to the beach and close traveling distance to Destin. The tide was high during our stay due to a storm but we enjoyed the pool while we could. Definitely recommend.

House is amazing, second time staying here! Things to improve upon would be still pest control, and alerting tenants to repair people before they are scheduled to arrive. We were woken up on a Friday morning before 8am by a repair man. Beat on the+ Moredoor until whole house was awake. Next morning were awoken to lawn service people. Also, shark fishing charters from Destin set up directly in front of this house and this house alone due to reef nearby in front of this house. They told our boys you cannot swim out here we are fishing for sharks. Needless to say we gave them our opinion on that. We paid amazing money to stay here, we will swim in front of this property. Was not the most relaxing vacation we were hoping for when it was really needed the most. Super disappointed, but we’ll always come back to Navarre itself because we love this location.door until whole house was awake. Next morning were awoken to lawn service people. The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently stocked with many supplies, such as towels, sheets blankets, and kitchen implants. We experienced some difficulty with the TV due to lack of cable. Unit was within easy walking distance to the beach, had convenient parking, and a nice pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was beautiful and very well equipped! Linens, towels, beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Loved that it was literally just steps to the pool and the pool was clean and never crowded!! Also parking so close to our door made loading and unloading so easy. . Overall had a fantastic week, and the BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The room was very clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was nice. We normally stay in either Pensacola Beach or Destin but this was an impromptu trip that we decided to take last minute and it was our first time to stay in Ft. Walton. I think we liked it better! Not having to deal with the nightmare traffic of Destin every time we left the condo was a huge plus. The grocery stores are close by and we loved eating at Stewby’s which is right across the street. It took us less than 10 minutes to drive over to Destin one evening for shopping and eating out. We would definitely book with you again!

We really loved this place. Owner took a lot of thought into remodeling and did not cut corners. We travel a lot and this by far favorite. We liked the condo, view and location. The condo was wonderful! The corner unit was very nice and the front door opened right at the stairs and elevator. So it was very convenient to the beach, pool or parking lot. We had the best time at Summerplace Condo. The room was beautiful and clean. The balcony was actually my favorite spot to sit in the morning with my coffee and watch the dolphins play. My 3 kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. We+ Moremostly went to Destin for dinner and we also did a dolphin cruise with the screaming eagle. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back to stay in this exact same spot. My family stayed here from July 17 2021 to July 31 2021 and we absolutely loved every minute!!! Our stay was everything we hoped for and more!! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed plus more. We had a large group and still had plenty of extra room. They have everything ready for you when you arrive. All you need is your clothes!!! Don’t stress over beach toys beach chairs etc. all of that is there waiting for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We were in Florida for our granddaughter's wedding. Our daughter and two other granddaughters stayed with us. Perfect location. Steps from a beautiful beach. Beautiful place with a great view! Check in and check out were easy. The pool is well maintained, there were always beach chairs available, and staff was friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was right there in the condo, we just did a little grocery shopping when we arrived and were set for the week. Overall a wonderful experience and we highly recommend!

Best apartment you can ever stay at!!! Beautiful, clean, sanitize, and great for family and kids. I had everything I need it for cooking breakfast to Dinner. With a play yard for my baby, tissue paper, plenty towels including beach towels, plenty+ Morebeach toys for the kids and kids plates for my baby girl. :) we was so happy to wake up and a beautiful apartment feeling like home with a beautiful beach view. Unit was clean & nice. We enjoyed our stay. This unit is on the opposite corner from the boardwalk that gives you beach access, which was a little further than we typically like staying when we’re on the beach. Not having an ocean view was a little disappointing, but we enjoyed the privacy we had on the patio, and not having a bunch of people walking by the unit. The full size bed in the extra bedroom was not comfortable and could use replacing.

We stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk beds. The view is amazing and we saw dolphins every morning. The guys working the beach to put out the chairs are super friendly and had great food recommendations. Go to The Shack if you get a chance! We will definitely be back. Clean... and you cannot beat the view! This was our second stay. It’s a smaller complex so the beach in front isn’t crowded like at the bigger complexes. Great beach service. The pool was nice and a great view from the roof. The bed is the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! I wish I had got the brand. We cooked and had plenty of utensils and pans. We used the washer and dryer and had no problems. We will book our 3rd stay soon!

We had a great time here. PERFECT LOCATION! GROUND FLOOR! EASY ACCESS to the pool and beach!! VERY CLEAN!! There was a total of 7 of us (5 adults and 2 kids). We had plenty of room. The condo is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you would need for a full meal. Grocery store is minutes away. The location of the pool was GREAT especially since we had kids with us. We could watch them swim and we didn’t even have to leave our room/patio which was a HUGE plus!! The beach was AMAZING and just a short walk out the back door. Condo is stocked with plenty of towels and having the 10 extra beach towels for us was a NICE PERK. The messenger app was very convenient to be able to just send a message (without calling)if you had any questions or problems. The response time was really quick and everyone was SUPER friendly. You can’t go wrong booking this place and you will have a GREAT vacation experience.
