Could not have asked for a better location. The townhome is directly across from a beach access, as well as an Italian restaurant, and a couple of seafood places just down the street. The area is quiet, and it's easy enough to drive to the main streets. The townhome is very nice and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped. Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs, and the stairs are steep. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Manager kept in contact regularly. If you are bringing a pet, there is a nice area off the deck that is enclosed.

This was the second time staying in this property. I love the hominess and smaller 3 story property right on the beach in a less crowded beach area. Love the free beach service and family atmosphere and less crowded roads and restaurants than Destin, but still so close if that is what I am looking for in an outing. Honestly, we only left the island twice this visit to go to Publix and the wonderful Thai place in Fort Walton Beach. The beach and weather were amazing our whole Easter weekend. Accomodations are so close to the beach we could walk back and forth to grab snacks etc. without having to lug huge bags with us. And in the evening we would enjoy eating home cooked food from the well appointed kitchen while sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunset. Nice to have washer and dryer to keep things clean and dry for easy packing. Also, enjoy the offers we receive a couple times a year welcoming us to come back and enjoy a discount to stay at a Kimberly Lang property again. Just a wonderful place to stay and we have been coming a couple times a year for over 5 years now. It is like our second home.

This is a great spot located in the heart of Destin for a reasonable price. We would definitely book again.

We highly recommend Palms 403! The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated! While unpacking for a month-long stay, we appreciated the many storage options cleverly incorporated into the decor. We have stayed in many Okaloosa Island properties over the years and this one was by far the best stocked unit with so many items not usually found in the properties. Items such as hand soap, pens, paper, coozies, cleaning supplies, and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked well above the typical bare bones, and I was able to cook, bake, and serve Easter dinner for the family with no problem! The view is gorgeous from the large balcony which has plenty of seating and is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. The beach access is very convenient and includes restrooms easily accessible from the beach. It is obvious that this unit is loved by the owner, which made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we arrived! We will rent this property again!!

This was our family's first Destin area (Okaloosa Island) experience. It did not disappoint! We have been renting in FL during spring break for the past 10 years. This condo was by far the best-stocked/outfitted condo we've rented -- when it says "extra" in the description ... it's no joke -- from extra sheets and towels to plenty of cookware, utensils and supplies and even sharp kitchen knives -- a necessity for our family since we enjoy cooking many of our vacation meals ourselves! One of THE best perks: the beach service ... daily umbrella and chair set up on the beach. Working with the KL office was easy from our initial contact via email/phone, to using the guest portal and finally the ease of texting simple questions to a local company was the best! We rented the pontoon offered to KL guests and had the same experience: completely easy and super fun! For the Sea Oats facility in particular, we were able to walk right across the street each night to listen to live music at AJs Bar & Grill. Our boys fished at the Okaloosa Pier every single day. Right next to the pier is a restaurant that cooked their catch for dirt cheap--they loved it! Highly recommend Sea Oats 411, but recommend the Kimberly Lang office if you want your spring break rental to be stress free!

Having (backyard) access to the Sound was so nice with young kids and had the extra benefit of providing a beach option when flag status on the Gulf side wasn’t favorable.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing location with great Gulf views, this is it! The building has only a few units so easy access to the elevator and amenities. The condo was well appointed, very clean, bright, and coastal. It literally offered everything we needed including extra paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. This unit also comes with beach service, which was a very nice perk The property manager is extremely responsive and answered questions quickly. Parking was not an issue. Best of all the building was dog friendly and our fur babies had a great time. Everything else was immaculate. Will definitely return!

This condo provided everything that we needed for our vacation. We were directly on the beach, where we enjoyed watching the dolphins, sting rays and pelicans. We also got to see some of the helicopters up close as they flew along the shoreline. When we first arrived, I left the code to enter the condo in the condo. The management was contacted and within in minutes they were in contact with us even though it was after hours. I really appreciated the managements quick response! The condo was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the kitchen while I was cooking, was amazing! We brought our 2 Dachshunds, a dog bed was provided. There was an area near the road that our dogs could utilize, which also had a station that provided bags for your dogs waste and a trash can for that as well. We found the peace and quiet that we were looking for in our vacation. The pool on the roof is wonderful. We would definitely stay at Gulfside again.

We had a great time and were very happy with our stay! Even though we were not right off the beach, it was an easy walk to the beach. There was a heated pool and hot tub right on our grounds, which was not super busy, so had lots of room to play in the water. The condo was very clean and everything was easy to operate! The unit is well furnished. The owner supplied more than the usual things normally found in a rental condo. (Even beach towels). The balcony was lovely and gave more than adequate seating. We found the unit very well cleaned. There was no need to do touchups to feel more comfortable. The rental agency was excellent. We had two occasions to call them and they responded quickly and efficiently. In making the reservation they were fun and made us feel like they knew the property.

My husband and I stayed with our 5 children ranging from 16yrs to 3yrs old. Plenty of space for sleeping everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The best part was that it is only 20 min from the airport. Overall amenities (heated pool hot tub) were extremely clean. The host provided more than enough bath towels and beach towels. Enough for showering for a huge family (which I appreciate more than you know!) Also included for our beach days, 2 chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost! Overall, would recommend for family or a relaxing get away with your spouse!

We loved having our coffee, afternoon drinks, our meals, and just lounging time on the balcony and watching the water. I loved the fighter jets going over the building (I’m sure not everyone would have appreciated that though). It was well situated on Okaloosa Island and within easy walking distance to a number of eateries etc. We hope we can secure this unit again next year for January and February!

This was our 1st time staying on a lower level. We are now believers the low level is the way to go!! This condo was in such a perfect location! We were able to park almost right by the entry door to unpack our truck. Also, we were able to walk right out the back sliding door and go straight to the pool/beach! Super easy access!!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was ice cream and golf within walking distance. Also, the beach wasn’t crowded by this condo since it's a smaller unit. Further down the beach looked like swarming ants of people! Would stay again and again!!

The lake is full of bluegills so the kids had a blast fishing. Wish Miramar allowed out of town dogs on the beach! My Ellie Mae was happy to have the lake to retrieve her balls!

It was a very short (2-3 minute) walk to the beautiful beach and the pool was also a big hit with our kids. The property owner was also most helpful and accommodating. She quickly responded to our questions and even checked in with us to make sure our group was safe and the property was undamaged after a storm rolled through the region. We stayed at Sea Oats #103 right after Labor Day. Everything was wonderful in the condo. It was reasonably priced and right next to the pool which was very convenient. The 2nd bedroom had a very nice bunk bed with the bottom bed being a lot bigger than the pictures looked. The master bed was also very comfortable. The pool was very well maintained, and 2 beach chairs were included in the condo price. A pier was very close by, and we watched a great sunset from there. We also watched the dolphins frolicking near the pier. Beach towels were included in the rental, but we didn’t find them until the last day. They were in a basket to the right side of the TV.

Everything was pristine and perfect for what we were needing. The King bed was very comfy and the location of the washer/dryer was perfect!
Our two favorite places to eat were Stewby’s for lunch/dinner and Asiago for breakfast. Both in walking distance from the condo. Speaking of walking, the sidewalks were perfect for getting your morning or evening walk in if you didn’t want to walk the beautiful beach. The beach was the best! Quiet, clean, and so very serene!

They have a nice pool with outside bathrooms and an outside shower for rinsing off the sand after you get back from the beach! Our stay at Sunset Cottages 5A was better than we expected! Walking in we realized that it was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything was just as pictured and we had everything we needed and more (towels, comfy beds/pillows/couch, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). Our 5-year-old LOVED the bunk beds and our 1-year-old had lots of space to roam around (there was even a large playpen if needed). There were even a few kids’ books that they looked through each day! Walking to the beach was a breeze and it was so nice to be on the ground floor, steps away from the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted. Beach service is a great plus, not having to lug an umbrella around. We had such a great time and loved staying here! We are grateful for such a nice place for our family. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Point and Fort Walton Beach. Though the condo is not directly on the beach, it was a short walk to public beach access. The neighborhood was great as well. We enjoyed a quick walk to AJ’s for adult beverages, there is also a small ice cream stand a short walk away! The condo was clean and the perfect size for a couple’s trip. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed for a dinner in, though we did have to purchase other basics such as salt and pepper. I would highly recommend a stay at Sandy Point and would absolutely consider another stay!

We love the Okaloosa Island beach, not crowded at all, and this rental has an excellent chair & umbrella service. 6th floor Beach Views from the living room & master bedroom. Tom Thumb full convenience store only a 5 min walk on the same side of the road. Main road has a bike lane and sidewalk for easy cardio, dog walking, and access to Hwy 98. Kitchen is equipped with everything most people would need including a full size fridge. The decor was better than expected in this price range. A/C and WiFi worked well and we never had to wait on the elevator. Back patio with beach views was really nice. Communication with staff was excellent during our stay. Very responsive and pleasant.

First off, the condo is much bigger than the pictures do it justice for. We had plenty of space for our children to play in the condo before we headed to the beach and pool. The condo was well equipped and adorned to make it feel very beachy and homey. The location alone being so centralized was extremely helpful for groceries and beer runs. This house was booked for 2 families to enjoy a high school senior's trip before moving away to college. This trip was booked over a year ago. This young lady is an avid softball player that had tragedy hit when she tore her ACL in January 2022 (her junior year). This injury prevented her from pitching for almost an entire year. Through hard work and determination, she was able to bounce back after surgery (and complications). She had a heck of a softball season! So much so that her high school team won their district championship and made it to the state final four for the first time in the school's history! We couldn't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity for her and her team. The property manager was more than understanding and offered to let us shift our days! This allowed us to not miss softball or the beach! The house is very nice! It is cozy, comfortable, clean, has everything you need and is close to the beach! We loved our stay! We are already trying to plan our next trip!

Our family loved staying in this condo. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The pool and lazy river were so much fun. It was nice being able to take a short walk and be on the beach. There were chairs and an umbrella set up for us, which was nice. We were also able to take a ten-minute walk to get to the pier where we fished. From the pier, we spotted many dolphins and sea turtles. Any time I needed to communicate with management, they were super quick to respond. Other things we liked: the table on the balcony to eat meals as well as the table inside. Also, that there are two master rooms that have their own soaking bathtub and shower. We recommend staying here.

First, this is one of the finest beaches in Florida - beautiful white sand, gentle waves, and quiet surroundings. Then you can top it by staying at this condo unit. It is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The fifth-floor location makes it above the beach noise (except for the lull of waves) yet is easily accessed from the center elevator shaft. The pool area is well maintained and the pair of beach chairs already set up by the water means you don't need to lug yours along. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby while far enough way that you are not living on a busy tourist street.

Even though, it's a short walk to the beach, we chose to drive and park in the free parking across the street from the townhouse. The property is in a great location. Near restaurants and attractions. We visited with our friend who was staying in Destin (only a 15 minute drive). Kimberly quickly responded to any request we had. We plan on returning next year.

We had 10 people, 4 adults and 6 boys age 3 to 16. The condo was beautiful and within a short walk to the pool and hot tub as well as the walk over to the beach. The company answered all my questions promptly and were so helpful with everything. This was my second rental through Kim Lang and I plan to rent through them next year.

Great location, kids enjoyed the sound and the beach across the road. Easy to go back and forth. House was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and love having everything provided in the house not having to leave much. Lots of close restaurants. Only down fall is if you have kids and it’s a rainy day not much to do in the area but would highly recommend and will be back!

My husband and I stayed here for our spring break trip, and I don't think we could have picked a better place. The price was great, the condo was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was near the beach, bike path, restaurants, and shopping. There is a huge balcony with a direct view of the gulf. The property is also very nice- we loved the pond/lake with the boardwalk you could walk on to the beach. We had no problems at all and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Destin!

This property deserves more than just five stars. It is beautiful, clean, fully stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. A short walk over a sand dune and you are on the beach. My friends that had never been to Destine before fell in love!! The+ Morewater is so clear, the beach so white and clean. We ate at the Back Porch which had a great view of the beach / gulf and the food was really good. Very comfortable stay! We've stayed with Kimberly Lang in various different properties and we've always appreciated the extras that make the travel so much less of a hassle. Paper towels, lots of bath towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, well maintained properties and great communication each and every time. This was our second stay at 102 Summerlin and it accommodated 3 adults and 2 children very comfortably. The pool by the way was exceptionally clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Again, all our expectations were met.

Bella Riva 301 was an amazing condo. My family and I booked this trip for family fun on the beach and celebrating my mother’s 47th birthday. We originally booked a condo in the Island Princess but the property is under construction. The staff at Kim Lang’s Property contact me right after booking and suggest we move our location because of the noisy construction. The team member Michelle was very helpful, and very responsive when we had a few questions during our stay. The experience with booking with Kim lang along was great.With that being said, my mom had a blast and has not stop talking about the condo. She stayed in the master bed room and of course she said the bathroom is fit for a queen like herself. The view was beautiful. We felt secured with the codes on the gates and doors. The condo had extra towels and linen if we needed. We literally had no issues other than mother natures stormy weather but the condo was so nice we didn’t mind staying in.

Our personal preference would be to have an outside, uncovered hot tub. But it was warm and clean. You can’t beat the white, sandy beaches on Okaloosa Island! This was my 2nd year at Fort Walton Beach-same condo at Sea Oats. Absolutely love the location with pool and beach even though this year wasn’t as warm as last year. Miniature golf, ice cream, very good seafood and restaurants right across the road or take a beautiful, relaxing stroll down to the pier for more delicious food! Grandkids were in the same building and we all had a great vacation!

I can’t express how amazing this property was!!! Not only does it have a huge balcony, with beautiful ocean views, it had the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The location was great! Off of the heavily traveled roads where it seemed quiet but still so close to everything. We had our teenagers with and a preteen and they all loved the place! The bunk room offered enough space for all of them and they couldn’t wait to go from the ocean to the pool. We felt really safe at the property. We will definitely book here again!!

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were very nice and the location was great. Private access beach meant that we didn’t have to fight the crowds at the beach. There are a lot of different eating places very near by. Our group of 8 fit comfortably. The villa is in a gated community across from private beach access and it is a nice and quiet area. The kids loved the pool. We would definitely choose the area and villa again!
